But Falcao had angrily denied this, saying: "Everything is a lie."
He sounds a very paranoid man.

Not sure if I'd call him paranoid. By all means he seemed a very down to earth person during his time here. I think he even studied Journalism in University (or intended to) before going full-time footballer. Perhaps why he "angrily" denies what he regards as terrible examples of his second-choice profession.
Aren't you on the wrong place Adam?
Marca have a headline on their front page tomorrow that Falcao is on his way to United for 55 million Euros. They say negotiations between the clubs are well advanced.
On their tiwtter page they have an image of the front page.
Sounds like bollocks. But who knows. Falcao and Ronaldo. No midfielders. Stranger things have happened.
De Gea
Rio - Vidic
Rooney - Carrick - Kagawa
Ronaldo - Cavani - Leandowski - Falcao - RvP
Weird, in all honesty if this was to go ahead then it would be curtains for 1 of the current crop and more than likely Danny Welbeck or Hernandez. Wouldn't really see Fergie selling Rooney unless it was to fund this move.
feck I'd be gutted if Wayne was sold.
Midfielder are overrated. Lets just field 5 strikers and lump it up to them all game to do something withWe already have 10 strikers, can we sign a couple of midfielders please!

This is nailed on. Rooney is going to Chelsea and Torres will replace Falcao and Madrid.
Would love to sign Falcao, I wouldn't cry that we have too many strikers already, I would see it as a world class player joining our ranks. My only concern would be for our younger talents like Hernandez and Welbeck and how it would affect their playing time, however SAF seem's to be grooming Danny to be a winger anyway
In all seriousness, don't think it would ever happen but would welcome a player with his talent here.
Here we go again. It's like a deja vu. Everyone said the same before buying RVP, what it showed was that SAF doesn't trust either of those for a full season and needs a more consistent goal scorer. Even if it does hamper the progress of one of them, more likely it will be Hernandez, it will be better for the team.

At what point did I say it wouldn't? Think you may have taken that out of context unfortunately, as my comment was more on a personal level in regards to Welbeck and Chicarito, I would like them to stay, however as you see I ended my post by saying 'but would welcome a player with his talent here', meaning bottom line, he can only be a positive. I appreciate there are a lot of people here spouting crap, but I made that comment as I have a particular liking for both of these players...
How many more strikers do we buy before that sentiment rings true? It's striker saturation. We're not getting Falcao anyway
So do I, naturally. Who doesn't like a player coming through the club ranks and establishing as a regular and contributing in success. But then I have moved past that concern, as I don't think we can afford the luxury of giving plenty of time to a young player who tends to show inconsistency, particularly in terms of goalscoring when he's meant to be a forward. It is sort of same with Clev as well. Plus I don't think it will affect both Danny and Hernandez, like we saw after the arrival of RVP. Sir Alex knows better than anyone else on how to rotate four forwards, it is safe to say that Hernandez would be no more than a sub, Danny can still get plenty of time. Or not, depending on how he develops. There has to be a limit of time till which we can continue playing a forward whose known for his work rate more than anything else.
I could only see us going for someone of this calibre if we sell Rooney. We won't fork out for him as a replacement for Welbeck or Hernandez, I can't see that.
What happened to those stats posted the other day? Said that he lost the ball more than any other player at any top team or something.
Hope not? Wow this is turning even funnier now.
