Right then. What’s he like …
Amad’s injury has scuppered any PL loan move.Fact it’s a Prem loan probably indicates that EtH sees him a lil higher in the pecking order than Amad?
Don’t recall him being linked with a loan to a prem team myself, only a return to a Champ teamAmad’s injury has scuppered any PL loan move.
Good dribbler and very direct.Right then. What’s he like …
Decent change of pace, no end product, incredibly weak, childishly naive, and amazingly overrated.Right then. What’s he like …

It doesnt hurt a young player to learn to play in a slightly different position. In fact it would be beneficial to us when he comes back if he has had to stretch himself a bit.Right footed winger who oddly plays on the right. Very good acceleration, never scores at this stage of his career. Easily bullied off the ball. Decent link up. Good dribbler.
Your team plays 3 at the back. Would the idea be he and Hamer are the attacking mids behind one striker? I'm not sure why we'd be loaning him to a team playing 3 at the back. He'd make more sense for a team who plays with proper wingers.
Lots of potential but very raw.Right then. What’s he like …
Hojlund will be fit in a couple of weeks, so Sancho will provide competition for Antony on the right and Rashford will be back on the left. I guess that's the thinking.

He's quick, a good dribbler and definitely has talent in there, but he hasn't really had many chances to show if he can add the end product yet. In that sense the loan makes sense to see if he can add that all important final ingredient to his game while with you.
Sounds similar to what McAtee was like when we got him last season. In that case I’m happy.Lots of potential but very raw.
One of those players who could suddenly turn a corner and become top class out of nowhere, or be bullied out of every single game.
Obviously, the odds are against him becoming top class out of nowhere. But the possibility is there, so treat his loan like buying a lottery ticket: cheap, unlikely to change your fortunes, but it gives you enough hope to make it worth the long odds.
So we are leaving Antony with pretty much no competition whatsoever for few months? Great decision.
Amad is back soon and he was always meant to be his #2 and he is way more experienced than Pellistri already. So we are leaving Antony with pretty much no competition whatsoever for few months? Great decision.
He would be an attacking midfielder in our system. Would be him alone or together with Hamer depending on opposition etc.Right footed winger who oddly plays on the right. Very good acceleration, never scores at this stage of his career. Easily bullied off the ball. Decent link up. Good dribbler.

Antony is frustrating but it’s wild that people think Pellestri is anything close to the quality we need. Nor the profile of player. There’s a reason teams don’t use old style wingers anymore, certainly not with Rashford and Garnacho coming onto any crosses. Not to mention he’s a liability defensively with his positioning. He’s not ready.
Kingsley Coman is pretty old school to me.
Not sure Sheff Utd is a good move. PL football but they’re without a doubt going down this season and every game will be a struggle.
Now ye, but he has had to fill in on Right also and been effective on both.Does he not mainly play on the left as a right footer?
50m for both would be fine by me, considering Maguires daft wage and McTom's overall averageness.
My god... Antony really is going to be Ten Hag's version of Maguire
Is his stock particularly high? I don't think his loan spell pulled up any trees to particularly raise his stock much beyond what it was. The most his stock ever rose was when Man United plucked him out of Uruguay and it hasn't really gone anywhere from there. Unless he gets games this season and produces some performances I don't think there will be huge demand on the market.I hope if he performs well and we’re not going to use him, we sell him while his stock is high. As we usually keep them ala Hendo, Tuanzebe etc and their value plummets after a season of doing feck all.

There are still four wingers at the club and Amad to come back.
Along with Bruno and Mount being options out wide now and again.
Pellistri badly needs some football, he's nowhere near ready to get it here.
Bruno and Mount are average right side option and don't bring us any danger from there whatsoever, especially with counter attacking style of football we play.
But they're on top of the four owingers (plus Amada) at the club. So I'm not sure why selling Pellistri =no competition for Antony.
How many wingers should we have?
Bruno and Mount have no reason to play on right wing, they aren't here to play there. Just because they can play there it doesn't mean they are good option there.
Amad is injured, and it's not a soft injury by the looks of it.
Sounds logical but I think they are all in there together, competing for any place they can get in the side. Sancho has been used all over the place.Hojlund will be fit in a couple of weeks, so Sancho will provide competition for Antony on the right and Rashford will be back on the left. I guess that's the thinking.
