FA Premier League - 08/03/25 to 10/03/25

That clear Nunez red will barely get mentioned either. I mean, I totally expected them to win even with 10, but that's hysterical he scored and won a pen in the next 8 minutes

They showed the penalty incident just one time. Not even showing it after the goal despite the game being stopped for few minutes now?

Barely even that one time. It was so fast.

It's funny and weird because they always, always show the penalty incident after the penalty is taken. But not now.

They get one in every game though and we actually stopped getting penalties because their last manager cried about us getting them.

Way before that, in the last 20 years we've only had more penalties awarded than Liverpool currently have been given once. Even then it's only one more which I'm sure they'll better before season end.

We've barely been given penalties in the league for a very long time.

Not to go against the narrative but United gets outplayed by most teams this days, the odds of getting penalties are lower than Liverpool.

We've barely been given penalties in the league for a very long time.
In fairness, we barely create anything worthy of penalties happening, to the point that when they do happen it's a massive defensive brainfart like Nunes' vs City

Was he near the ball? Was it an attempt to win the ball? It’s a red.
Errr... he actually touches the ball on his way to kicking the player? Where we agree is it's not an attempt on the ball but kicking out in frustration. Could easily be a red, just didn't catch him fully. Miskicked as usual, this time to his advantage.

Liverpool’s early momentum seems to have dried up a long time ago. It’s frustrating that no one is making them work for it in the end. They look very average in most games right now.

Such a boring season. No title race, top 5 to be decided by who sucks the least, no relegation battle, barely any drama anywhere.

Really nothing jumps out. Maybe Cunha’s performances and insanity have been the highlight.
