F1 2024 Season

Lewis does not want to rub shoulders with his team mate

Yeah Charles is going straight to prison once Ben Sulayem hears this...

Don't know what you guys are on about.. That was fun
Yeh, it's actually a good track for racing. This season has been very good aswell, never knowing which team is going to be on top at each event is great, it's very competitive. Hopefully carrys on in to next season.

So has everyone forgotten about Sainz crossing pit entry or is that just getting swept under the rug
What would you normally get, 5sec penalty ? Think the others were too far back behind to complain really.

Was just curious btw- with Heineken being a major sponsor of F1 and also being a sponsor of Max - wonder how much that brings in. Would assume they wouldn't throw as much money at it if Max wouldn't be Dutch. Though Heineken does seem to sponsor a shit ton of events.

RedBull need to promote Tsunoda and look beyond this hype created around Colapinto. Lawson hasn't impressed me with his speed either.

Ofcourse they'd have to drop Perez first.

Another thing I was just thinking about after watching that Leclerc team radio video again, that if Hamilton has still got his mojo next season and has a decent car, I think he'll wipe the floor with Leclerc, more so because of Leclercs temperament than anything else.

There he is at the end of that race whinging because Sainz ended up on the podium, when the only thing that matters now for Ferrari, and should matter to him, other than race wins, is gaining as many points as possible over McLaren, which they did today.

He's way too hot headed sometimes, and in a proper title fight that's going to go against him big time.

Can Max win another 3 WC or even 4 ?
Do you think he will stay around long enough , he has age on his side .
It's all about being in the right car at the right time as Alonso (always wrong car, mostly), Hamilton (Mercedes gamble in 2013) and Vettel (4 straight WDCs) have shown.

2026 is the huge unwanted by fans, reset so we will probably have a ridiculous donation by one driver and one team for a few seasons again.

I'd have Lawson in the seat over Yuki all day long personally. Yuki has done feck all to show he deserves to be in F1 all these seasons never mind in a seat next to Verstappen.

I'd pick Lawson too personally, but Tsunoda has beaten his teammates and scored decent points which is all you can ask for in the cars he's driving.

I think Lewis with a good car under him will do very well, could he be a WC contender, it’s very possible.

Tsunoda's comfortably beaten his teammates 2 years in a row in the "junior" team, don't know what more he could have done tbh. And Lawson honestly doesn't impress me with his pace.

Verstappen in a league of his own right now, a legend of a driver. He put in some legendary drives this season, made a real difference to the World title.
Next season could be a classic as the advantage in performance seems to be slipping away from RB. I suspect Hamilton in a Ferrari next year could be the man to beat, he has a similar race IQ to Verstappen.
