F1 2023 Season

10 wins in a row. Wow. That's incredible and absolutely absurd at the same time. The man is on it.

10 wins on the bounce , F1 is broken.
Race behind him was cracking.
Lets hope next season one of the teams on the grid can genuinely match RB for race pace and wins.

At least ferrari boys made it interesting as did perez's incompetence as a driver in the fastest car on the track.

Can Max win all the remaining races? Surely only Perez could stop him but hes very hit and miss

Years from now even the haters will have to acknowledged they witnessed racing history. This is very cool truly. I'm sure even the Tiffosi present today will probably look back on that fondly.

On another note: Ferrari debrief gonna be fiesty probably.

This season will be as memorable as Vettel's 2nd and 3rd title seasons where there was no competition to speak of.

Everyone is too safe with the race starts, yesteryear drivers would risk more off the line and I could see Max having a DNF. But they're so safe now, I can't see it going wrong unless its a driver error and he hits a wall or gravels it.

Agree, you barely see any first corner incidents nowadays, 1 this season with the Alpines is all I can recall?

With absolutely no competition! no mistake that yes history is being made and yes he is the top driver, just wish he had someone challenging him.

Would you say the same about some of Michael's, Seb's and Lewis's seasons then because there have been many many lopsided seasons before with the only difference greater reliability and shorter pit stops. Not because a car or driver was any less dominant.

Wow many brits on here very bitter. Just enjoy Max slinging it in your faces.

C'mon now. There is far more competition up and down the grid this season than back then.

Yeah, it's one of the more exciting seasons (not that necessarily says much for recent seasons) for racing behind 1st place. There were loads of overtakes and incidents today.

Zzzzz.....thought the changes were suppose to make racing more competitive?

It has, by quite a bit as well. The fact that one team hit it out of the park and has the best driver on the grid on top of that doesn't mean the rules aren't working, it simply means one driver in one team is much better than the rest while the rest of the field is closer than it has been in ages.

Swap Max and Stroll before the 2022 season and people would hail this as one of the greatest eras in F1 history.

They don’t have deep pockets like the Arab countries

European calendar will keep getting eroded by Middle East and garbage US street circuits

Shame the fans are so much better at the traditional circuits, the copious Arab/US ones feel somewhat soulless, it's a shame tracks can't be picked for the racing they offer rather than £££'s they offer

The joke is there are really good tracks in America

Shame that all the vacuous celebs can’t be bothered turning up to Sebring, if the F1 race isn’t in downtown Miami or the LV strip they ain’t interested.

Oh is there? Both the Las Vegas and Miami ones are newly built too aren't they, so surely it would be better to use existing ones especially if they are fit for purpose. Certainly 2 new tracks is excessive, LV screams like being another Monaco for me where they care more about the glamour aspect than the actual racing that can take place

I like the traditional tracks best - Suzuka/ Brazil/ Monza/ Silverstone etc

I think the street circuits are nullified further by the drivers seemingly all being more skilled, you don't really even see anyone snacking into a barrier and bringing out the SC etc, I'm thinking of Monaco in particular, coupled with it not being wide enough to properly go wheel to wheel so you're left with a bit of a dead rubber

Of course, its always very dull when there isnt any competition for the WDC. Who remembers Vettel's 9 in a row? Or do we rememeber better his first title, when it he clawed back a 50p deficit to alonso going into the summer break and won the title at the final race of the season?

The latter is much more memorable.

Schmacher years without hakkinen were dull. Hamilton/bottas years were dull. Max with no competition is dull, its F1 and it does this to itself every so often.

Has anyone else's superbru updated? I know I've done badly but all I'm getting are the drivers names with the padlocks next to them

I’m telling you, the only way to save this season is to award Max the WDC and reset his points to 0 and tell him he’ll get another WDC if he ends up top on points again within the remaining races.

Red Bull is that dominant that they could probably pull it off
