F1 2021 Season

I know Q1 isn't when it counts, but if Bottas is faster than Verstappen I think it won't be much in doubt who will win tomorrow.

EDIT: And because I said it he immediately goes and improves his time.

Where did Verstappen suddenly get that time from? He was yellow on the first sector and green on the second so seemingly made up 0.2 in the final sector?

Kimi's livery for his last race.

That's brilliant

I picked Alpine instead of Alpha Tauri for my last team pick in the Fantasy league, thinking their good form from the last few races would continue. :(

I like the helmet cam it's interesting to see the level of visibility they have

So they're talking about points deductions for any dodgy "accidents" what if theoretically it was Bottas or Perez who "accidentally" took out Max or Lewis? I'm not saying that'll happen but surely points deduction won't matter for them bar for constructors?

I noticed that every F1 champion in the past all have a certain attitude or craziness in them. I haven't seen or heard any humble ones other than Mika Hakkinen.

Damon Hill always came across as humble to me (I was young at the time though).

Red bull going to go softs - hoping to jump ahead at the start and have set the car up for maximum downforce on the straights and hoping the straight line speed is enough to stop an overtake. That’s my guess. Means they need to be P2 at least…

Hamilton visibly not pushing in Sector 3 on that lap, fundamental pace in that Merc.

Verstappen's going to have to do another lap if he's flat spotted those mediums. Maybe forced to use softs now?
