That was epic! I was screaming and livid at Max’s dangerous driving. Hope he gets reprimanded after that shitshow. For his own safety and others.

Merc could do that as well, use Bottas. They were dirty as well today. Both teams and drivers showed their true colors.

Having seen the F2 races, I expected there to be a crash or two, but nothing like that.
Honestly, I think Max would struggle to win on those tyres in the end, but he gave the position back twice for the same incident, and still got a 5-second penalty.
Confused about that one. Was the penalty for something else?
Feel like Hamilton had more than enough time and space to react to Max slowing down to let him pass, but then it's difficult to tell how much a car is slowing down from tv images. If he was brake-testing, then it's dirty, but it didn't look like he slowed down that violently. He did seem to move at the end when Lewis was going to the side though. Either Mercedes or the FIA were too slow with the radio messages too. Lewis finding that much pace with a broken end plate is pretty crazy.
Max were a bit reckless in some of the corners, Lewis were wrong to force Max wide after he let him past for like the third time in the race.
Feel like both parties can be understandably aggrieved about events.
Perez and Leclerc crash was down to racing incident. Leclerc had nowhere to go, Perez didn't have much space on the right iirc. Mazepin and Russell crash could've ended up being a lot worse, thankfully seems everyone is okay.
Vettel kept getting hit by everyone.

To be fair it's impressive somebody cam go head to head with Lewis and be more unpopular... thats a really special talent there (though I wonder if without horner if he would come over so badly)

It would be a shame but if Max did brake check or move at the last second to cause that impact, they shouldn't have a choice, that is beyond dangerous. Honestly think it was just a communication feck up leading to a clusterfeck. Doesn't excuse the rest of his driving.

I assume they will have all the telemetry so if they are summoning him then I'd guess there is potential for punishment as if the telemetry showed nothing they wouldn't summon him?

As much as I want Max to win it, Hamilton has got this. Car is so much better these last few races. Exciting season though.

Hamilton didn’t know Max was going to let him past. In that context it’s obviously confusing if the car in front is suddenly slowing down because you don’t know why. So you might be thinking something might have happened up the road? It’s not usual for a car to suddenly go slow, so without knowing he is letting you past, naturally you’d have no idea what was going on?

If they think Max break tested Lewis and I think he did, they cant not give him some sort of penalty.
