Thought Vettel would get away with it but it's another costly error from him. Nice drives from both him and Hamilton otherwise, weekends to forget for the number two drivers.

Perhaps you should read all the post , not one single one said the penalty was right !!
It's a good point. The FIA have access to his telemetry and if Vettel has his foot flat to the floor, which i would probably say he does as his car gains traction as he immediately joins the track and oversteers, then that would probably be why he's been penalised.
That said, it spoiled the race and it was good to see a cat & mouse effort between Vettel and Hamilton. Ferrari's strategy was remarkably on point all weekend.

Definitely is a shame for the race, and a shame for the championship overall. I do like Mercedes and Hamilton but them running away with the season is no good for anyone

Well done Hamilton, indeed Vettel raced well but I honestly thought the FIA got this decision correct rule wise. Vettel has a reputation for driving recklessly at times and although I have no doubt that he did try to just keep control of his car at that moment, his racing still went against the rules. For reference, a similar decision went against Hamilton in a past race, it is how it is.
What a shame. All I’m going to say for now. I’m fuming.
