WOW Lewis goes even faster , but Seb takes it 1.10.240.

Phew. For a second there I thought Ferrari had mucked it up again. Will be an interesting race tomorrow especially with Verstappen coming from the back.

Bit annoying for Lewis. Considering he is losing half a second on the straight he produced a fantastic time.
Fantastic lap from Vettel. Completely dominated Leclerc also. Hopefully he gets the job done tomorrow.

What’s happened with Kubica makes me sad. I thought he had similar potential to Hamilton, to see him struggle now is like watching Rooneys last few years with us
Indeed. Such a shame for that rally crash. He was probably the best driver in 2010 with that Renault. And apparently was in line for the Ferrari seat in 2012.
To be fair, he's up against a very tough teammate. I think that George Russell is a seriously talented driver. He dominated F2 at the age of 20 in his rookie season.
I think he's better than either Bottas or Ocon. I want to see him in Mercedes next year.
In race trim I suspect the impact could be less... With a good start I could see him running away with it still
Lewis has been on another level this season all I hope for is a good race. Hope Ferrari could win for once.
The Merc was consistently faster over the first two sections though, which was probably equally as frustrating for Ferrari. What gave Vettel the pole was the fact that he was able to match Hamilton (>0.1sec) up until the last section and then he got the margin he needed on the final stretch (0.3sec).

first corner will be massive, if Lewis starts the way he just started the presentation lap , he is in trouble

How is Bottas 7th. Hadn't realised until now
his Q3 was dreadful and his start was not good.
Lando Norris , out , had a brake issue that melted the rear suspension , Never heard that happening before.
Seb pits first, puts on the hard compound, that will be his only stop.
Hammertime for Lewis , trying to get some distance in front , but doubt he will get much.

Be interesting to see how hard Hamilton fights Leclerc if they get close on track. Have a feeling he'll be happy enough with 3rd in front of Bottas.

Don’t think so, if you look at the steering wheel he is just trying to control the car when he rejoins and it’s still sliding as he rejoins.
Hamilton is through if Vettel doesn't step across him and force Hamilton to brake. Don't understand why that shouldn't be penalised.
