Max oh Max. Not good enough to be a WC contender yet but he has the talent to be one. Redbull must be shaking their head to choose between Max or Ric for next season.

Bit OOT, i played F1 2016 and 2017 games and yet Monaco is the only race i never completed even once. For both games i've 100 % record of DNF in this track.

Tyres, lack of engine advantage, longer wheelbase than competitors, less efficient high downforce package, quite a few things really.
The same thing goes for Ferrari this season, tbh.
Max crashes in FP3 , no shock there, fighting to get out for Q1
with 20 mins to Q1 , Red Bull had the back wing off and were wheeling in a new gear box, even if he does well , new gear box would mean a grid drop.
super soft , ultra and Hyper soft, the 3 compounds for the race.
Max's only chance of getting out for Q1 is if there is a red flag.

Probably right. This is all on Red Bull, they should have given him more time to develop as a driver. He is an amazing talent but still needs to mature.

could have just been taking it easy getting a feel for the track, not going to flog it in Q1.
Danial looks fast , if he gets Pole and a decent start , his race for the taking.
I think he is a very good driver, still learning, he will be a future WC.
Doesn't look like Merc will be able to do Q2 on the ultras, could be bad news for them tomorrow if they can't look after the hypers. Might be touch and go for Ferrari too but they've probably got more pace if they need it.

Mercedes using the ultrasoft tyres in Q2.
Verstappen at the back on Ultras might be interesting unless Ricciardo and Vettel can makes the Hypers last long in which case it will be rendered pointless.
