Not sure its ban worthey but I have no doubt there will be a penalty for the next race , 5 maybe 10 place grid drop.
Some oil on the track as well. Could be a key factor today.

Well, the rubber has been washed out because of the rain last night and this morning, it was bound to be messy at the start.
He wasn't, he was putting the power down to come out of the oversteer which is a natural reaction. Unfortunate luck for Grosjean and it would be a shame if they rate it higher than a racing incident.
The easiest way to correct oversteer is opposite lock and full throttle.
