No idea to be honest.
It shows that he brakes hard during the turn, despite already being at low speed, and that he never accelerates after the turn, despite the safety car speeding away. Once again, driving unnecessarily slow during safety car is illegal. I personally think driving less than 60 km/h in an F1 racer is slow, but that's up to interpretation I suppose.

This race and circuit looks great. Haven't watched F1 more than a year, but enjoying it today.
