Their squad is appalling. Going down.
Yes I think they’re done. Dyche is out of his depth at a big club like Everton and they’ve flirted with relegation far too many times now. This is the season the turd finally flushes.

How long will they stick with Calvert-Lewin? The guy is crap even when he isn't injured.

Anthony Gordon kept them up, he loved the club but the fans hounded him out. Should be careful for what you wish for.

Dyche just isn't good enough as a manager. The very least he should be able to do is pick the correct players and organise a defence, otherwise he offers absolutely nothing.

Are they in danger of a points deduction due to FFP infractions from last season ?
If so, they could be in real trouble !!

I love a good troll against everton, but that is a bit much. Literally every part of that post is untrue.

They are lucky that the relegation scrap will be wide open.

It's any three from Luton, Sheffield United, Burnley, Wolves, Everton, Bournemouth, Forest with potentially Fulham, West Ham and Palace struggling this year too.

A big factor will be if the Premier League decide to punish them for breaking FFP losses. If they end up getting a big points deduction they will go down, however if they don't I think they'll be fine.

Just got a ticket to Sheff Utd v Everton next week, sat above the away fans. Relegation 6 pointer.

How's Garner playing?

Seems to be a first choice under Dyche but is he playing right mid?

Everton have condemned the "vile" racist abuse faced by Amadou Onana after Sunday's 4-0 loss at Aston Villa.

Midfielder Onana, 22, shared a screenshot of a racist message directed towards him on social media.
Last week Everton condemned the social media abuse suffered by striker Neal Maupay following the side's 1-0 loss to Fulham.

"Everton strongly condemn any form of racist and discriminatory abuse towards our players," the club said.

"Such abuse is vile and will not and should not be tolerated."

Everton added they were conducting an investigation to identify the individual involved and would be supporting the police with any of their investigations.

"We must all take a zero tolerance stance by reporting such behaviour to social media platforms and the authorities. Racism has no place online, in our stadia or in our communities," the Toffees added.

Another loss and another game without a goal

I think they’ll still be good. There’s two spots already gone imo. Dyche football will see 3 wins in 6 with a few draws that has them over the line

They're the turd that won't flush aren't they. I think it would actually do them good to go down.

What do you think the rot is exactly?
We have an enormous rot at the moment that we are just about managing to mitigate (very fortunately) but what is it at Everton?

The chairman and the board. The recruitment team for failing to get in a striker before the start of the season, againz

It’s worth noting that they have created 7 big chances across those 3 games. A striker will make a massive difference and I think two relegation spots are confirmed in Luton and Sheffield United.

Linked to Beto and if he comes in and gets 15 goals, it could be the difference maker.

The squad is crap but Dyche is showing what he is. A relic out of time, certainly not good enough for the modern game.

They're run by clowns and the money dried up after the sanctions on their real owner (Usmanov).

Basically all that Dyche needs to stay in the league is a big striker who isn't made of breadsticks, and he's had to play with fecking Demarai Gray as a false 9 for most of his time last year, and the best they can do now is a 19 year old kid who was Sporting's 4th choice striker, and whose qualification to be a PL player seems to be that he's tall.

It’s not too uncommon for Dyche, is it? Too many times his Burnley started seasons in a similar vein, but he usually finds a way to finish 15-17. Everton are in a painful position and sacking Dyche isn’t going to solve anything since this is the sort if situation where he’s the one who’s most likely to save them still.

Dyche will be gone before international break, no sane manager will go near the sinking ship. Hopefully they the lowest ever points total before relegation.

Seems eerily similar even if we have actually signed one he’s still injured.
Effective recruitment, having an overall plan regardless of manager seems to be a common theme amongst failing sides as well.
Plenty of money spent but no overarching strategy……

I don’t think the squad is that crap. It’s just absent in key areas that’s hampering us massively. 2 or 3 additions and it’s a comfortably mid table squad.

Again I think they'll stay up just cause there will always be 3 teams worse. Luton and Sheffield United will have very few points this season and seem like certs to get relegated. Then it's just one more team.

But they do look very poor in every position. I'd like to see them go down. Very few goals in that squad

They are far far weaker at the back. We could've scored 6-7 goals v them and after nothing in an attacking sense first half Wolves should've scored a couple before the goal with Silva.

Pickford is going through an average run. Stayed on his line for a cross that came into six yard box and was really poor for that Silva shot that went wide, was his ball all day long.

Last season when Michael Keane started costing them every week they had experienced internationals like Mina and Coady to bring into the backline, no such luxury this season although Branthwaite had a steady game from what I saw.

Raw facts are this...last 21 prem games at Goodison they've scored more than one goal in only ONE game so opposition know if they score at Goodison they won't lose the game.

Finally we sign an established striker in Beto. Really frustrating that we didn’t get this over the line before the start of the season but should help us massively.

Gray is nearing his exit now too and there are rumours that Iwobi might go too just because he’s entering the last year of his contract and there is fear he will leave on a free. If that happens we need to buy/loan in another creative winger which I think is the plan anyway. CB also would be good. Two more signings and I’d be fairly happy with our squad.

Good business: he's not a goal machine but he works hard and scores some decisive goals during the season. He's actually quite fast for a tall and strong fella and works hard.
Everton squad should be enough to keep on PL, and once the injured players return things will improve. Against Wolves you guys actually played well, but José Sá defended almost everything.
