I think you need to calm yourself abit on analysing those per minutes stats based on limited number of games.
To be claimed as GOAT, not only you need to have great impact on the pitch (ie goals or performance or both), you also need to win something big and achieve something great. Numbers alone wouldn't be enough.
For example, Pele won 3 WC, was talented and playing football well ahead of his time, scored alot of goals ahead of everyone from his time, hence he is GOAT.
Messi won 7 Ballon D'or, among most talented player ever, has more assists and MVPs than anyone by records, and among elites all time top goalscorer too, hence he is GOAT.
Ronaldo won 5 Ballon D'or, won 5 CL, was talented and clutch, and he is all time topscorer in almost every category too, hence he is GOAT.
Maradona is probably the most talented player ever, singlehandedly won the WC for his country, and carry his team a few Serie A titles during the hardest era in football, hence he is GOAT.
Then, we also have players like Bican from Austra-Czech, who reportedly scored more goals than Pele during 30s-50s, with over 1812 goal in 1089 games (include regional level etc), and scoring ratio of 1.8 goals per game! No one consider him anywhere near the greatest.
We also have players like Ferenc Deak, scored 795 goal in 511 games (include regional level), scoring ratio 1.5 per game. No one rate him as greatest.
Peyroteo, 597 goals in 369 games, scoring ration of 1.6 per game, not many consider him the greatest.
