Rumoured to be after El Ghazi on a free so that meeting today clearly went well
We could certainly do with your management expertise right now. Are you free?Say what you like about Sancho - and it's obvious that he's not some titan in terms of his mentality - it's not smart management from Ten Hag to alienate a right winger when in the space of two weeks you've already lost 2 players in that position.
In fact it's appalling management. I honestly think he threw him under the bus after the Arsenal game to distract from United's poor start to the season, and alleviate the pressure on himself by blaming the players, and that's what wound Sancho up. It's just not clever management whether it's true or not that he was poor in training. Really makes me question Ten Hag's judgement.
Atleast we didn't spend 73m on him. Sancho has been an outright disappointment. Pogba, Maguire, Sancho, Antony, all our big money signings have been terrible. Hope to god, Hojlund turns out better for the money spent.Alexis Sanchez is the only more disappointing player I can recall.
It's not unsmart management either. Sancho isn't a player we rely on for anything. Sometimes there are players that inevitably get a bit more leeway with things because ultimately they deliver. Shouldn't do, but it happens. Sancho is not in that bracket. He's a perpetual waste of time.Say what you like about Sancho - and it's obvious that he's not some titan in terms of his mentality - it's not smart management from Ten Hag to alienate a right winger when in the space of two weeks you've already lost 2 players in that position.

If the rumours are true that Jordan Henderson is on 700k a week, then they can afford, Sancho. And i would think that the 300/350k is only with all targets achieved. I'm speculating, but i would think his basic is around 225/250 max. He's reportedly on over £300k a week. Even if that is the value with all the bonuses added in, who is going to want to offer us serious money for him and meet his wage expectations? It's Alexis Sanchez all over again.

Our research into background of prospective signings have been terrible. Sancho has not exactly been reliable over the years but he’s not alone in this respect with a lot of our signings. Very poor research. We need get rid asap.
He is well on his way to take Sanchez's place as the worst transfer in the history of the club. Let's see if it happens.
Are you serious. This guy, on 350k a week, has been gifted an opportunity that many players would give their right arm for. If Erik has tried everything, including a 5 month sabatical, to get him in shape , and he responds like this, you have to wonder where his head is. He’s not been thrown under a bus by Utd - he’s deliberately walked out into the road to be hit by one.Say what you like about Sancho - and it's obvious that he's not some titan in terms of his mentality - it's not smart management from Ten Hag to alienate a right winger when in the space of two weeks you've already lost 2 players in that position.

We wont get anything near £50 mill. The buying club will have all the power and we will probably end up with £30 mill at a push. They also wont offer him half the salary that what Utd are paying, so Utd will end up subsidising his wage until his contract would have ended here. You're not far off with that post. He's not up for a fight. He's not the right fit for where we are as a team. Complete waste of money. A nothing player for me. Be absolutely amazing if we got anywhere near 50M for him. We are so bad at selling that i think 45 max including add ons is where it'll end up. What a plonker he is. It's mad we continually sign these duds for massive money. We are such a laughing stock. Can only laugh at this stage.
Eh? His numbers at Dortmund were at world class levels. Almost everyone here on the Caf wanted him here.
You are just being captain hindsight.
Did they really? Because I never wanted him here, same as I never wanted Maguire here, both underwhelming big waste of money signingsEh? His numbers at Dortmund were at world class levels. Almost everyone here on the Caf wanted him here.

How is saying he didn't train well enough to be selected for a big game where he's failed to perform time and again alienating Sancho?Say what you like about Sancho - and it's obvious that he's not some titan in terms of his mentality - it's not smart management from Ten Hag to alienate a right winger when in the space of two weeks you've already lost 2 players in that position.

I feel this is all blown out of proportion.

Guy is the weakest, meekest, shittiest attacker we've had in ages and that's saying something. He had a 3-month vacation bang in the middle of our busiest season ever and he was shit either side of that paid time off.
The guy is in a ridiculously privileged position. If you want to hear an athlete with the right mentality and perspective, listen to Coco Gauff on what pressure as a multi-million sports star feels like compared to fighting to put food on the table each day.
I’d sack ETH and Sancho if that turns out to be true.Rumoured to be after El Ghazi on a free so that meeting today clearly went well
His numbers were, his behaviour was not (at least not all the time). I guess United's recruiting team just thought a young player would mature and those problems would just be gone at some point, but obviously they were wrong about SanchoEh? Certainly not. Weghorst was an entirely different dimension of crap as attacker. Then we had Bebe who was even worse then WeghorstGuy is the shittiest attacker we've had in ages and that's saying something.

Agree.Absolutely shit and lazy player. Never even looked remotely good for us. Even when people said he played well it was only because he set such a low bar. Guy could barely play a 5 yard pass at the correct weight. We’ll be better off without him, just a shame how much money we spunked up the wall.
He apparently said something similar when Dortmund manager dropped him for reporting late / missing training. He just seems very thin skinned and lacking in drive to me.What makes Sancho believe that he has been made a scape goat? What has the club or manager said before that makes him entitled to that statement? Moreover, what has he done to discredit that alleged statement?
They’re our only hope. Worst case would be him moving from loan to loan continuing to be a big burden over our heads like Martial. It’s best to aggressively work to finding a buyer as he doesn’t really have injury issues and did butcher the Bundesliga.Saudi might. Hopefully he doesn’t go on some loan deal where we pick up part of the bill. 50mil for him or he sits on bench.
