we’ve been signing players on obscene money with complete disregard of their character for too long now.
Here's what he sent me. For context, my cousin and his girlfriend are on their way to New York and he's on their flight with a mate of his. He managed to grab a quick picture to send me when he wasn't looking.
I know! First time I've ever been ITK, I was hoping he'd spotted him flying out to Saudi Arabia but unfortunately not.Lovely little ITK scoop mate gotta say massively disappointed he’s not sticking around and working hard, but maybe it’s just a quick weekend getaway to clear his head then he’ll be back training hard, wishful thinking really…
Ten Hag is going to lose the dressing room real fast at this rate. Rashford is good friends with sancho and I believe him liking his post was authentic. There is going to be a split when results keep nose diving
There was absolutely no need to hang sancho out to dry after the arsenal defeat. It reeks of trying to deflect away from the performance.
I don't believe sancho isn't pulling his weight in training considering he was one our best players in pre season
Then come out and say he's not training up to particular levels, its public humiliation and sancho has a right to defend himself.

Didn't Pep mention that they monitor their players 24/7 on what do they do, what they eat, when they sleep etc. or did I dreamt that? Maybe we should start doing that with our players and keep them on tight leash.Yeah. In general this is clearly true.
To what extent it is directly relevant to the recent cases is debatable (Greenwood was an academy product, for one thing). But in general, yes - of course we, as a club, have utterly fecked up in this regard.
I have said this before, but there's absolutely zero chance SAF would've sanctioned any number of players brought in since he retired. Doing thorough background checks on potential targets was a big thing for him. *
(Again, this has no direct relevance to recent cases where criminal behaviour is potentially involved - it's about a general negligence with regard to researching a player's suitability for the club on all sorts of levels.)
* An obvious example: Di Maria. There's no chance in hell SAF would've sanctioned that transfer.

I don't believe sancho isn't pulling his weight in training considering he was one our best players in pre season and had a decent cameo against wolves after Antony stunk up the place who still got picked the following game. If he was training poorly he wouldn't be looking more sharp. I think there's been a bust up behind closed doors, as there is no way sancho deserved to be dropped completely from the squad against arsenal in favour of evans, maguire, Gore and Hannibal

Honestly with the uncertainty over Antony, I'd rather keep Sancho until January. Amad is injured for a while anyway.
If he works for his shot let him have it. Yes it's also possible Mount could put a shift there, I don't know if it factors in but bar all injuries we have plenty of players that can stand in on that wing.

Sancho going away to focus and rebuild at a US training camp!
Nonsense. what he said to Sancho wasn't even a criticism. It was an explanation.
Fcuk I hate this. You've made up an explanation that you prefer and are projecting Ten Hag will "lose the dressing room" because of it.
What a crock of shite.
I guess if you were mentally weak, you'd think that. Proper tough grown up players, great players, of the type we want, would react differently and just train harder, prove the boss wrong on the pitch not whinge about it in the media. All Sancho has proven is he's immature.
Pisses me off anyone would take his side on this, supporters shouldn't tolerate players at the level United aspires to, reacting like that.
You guys act so weird sometimes. Guy can’t travel/enjoy holidays?
I’m sure the club is aware, and allowed him to travel. He doesn’t have to be a Carrington clocking double shifts on the training ground for feck’s sake

Of course he can. He's played so many minutes this season. Not had any rest any all and very well deserved.
He absolutely does not have to improve, because as his family said he is already doing his best.
This is so dumb. Players train daily, and the breaks/gaps between football matches seems to only be getting shorter. Longer games etc. Prem ended May 28th in a World Cup year, and restarted 12th August. Football is a job. If he’s authorised to go on holiday then he should. That’s not indication that he doesn’t want or won’t improve.
Imagine having annual leave and going to the office to clock triple shifts.
The way you guys talk as if you have ownership over players’ bodies is adjacent to “shut up and dribble” rhetoric and that stuff is unhinged.
Weird situation really. What adds to that is the fact that Sancho had looked the fittest I've seen him for United in pre season. He was one of our better players, and myself and others commented on match threads how he looked like he'd gained a yard of pace from somewhere.
Now I'm not saying ETH is lying because we could interpret what he meant about training in different ways, but I don't understand why Sancho would lie? If I'd been slacking in training and I got called out then I'd accept it and work harder. But I don't know why Sancho would so strongly deny it in such a public fashion if he knew it was true. Its hardly the worst criticism ever and many would have forgotten about it in a week or two.
My suspicion is that we're trying to force him out. The way ETH and the club handled De Gea shows a lack of class. So I don't believe they're above taking this route if they think they can add £40-50m to the coffers for another of ETHs big money signings.
he doesnt want to track back..Why's he leaving his wheelchair so far away? He'd have to walk a mile to get there
he doesnt want to track back..
I don’t get why this would be the strategy the week the transfer window closes and he can’r be replaced.
Sancho may well believe he performed well, doesn’t mean the coaching staff did. I don’t think any of them need to be lying for this situation to occur.

Antony is ten times more useful than Sancho. Sancho has the ability but Antony has the physicality and the character to contribute more to the team. (A combination of the two would make a decent player, I’d imagine)Antony might not match his transfer fee but he puts in a shift defensively every time and he routinely finds himself open as an outlet for an attack, Sancho has been here how long and doesn't offer any of that.
What makes you think that? Why is he flying economy?
Sancho always seems to play well in preseason preparations. It is nothing new just as how he seems not being able to maintain his form into the regular seasons.Weird situation really.
