how can you persist with something that so clearly doesn’t work this long? It’s not even a managerial thing anymore. It’s basic logic

you could’ve never watched football in your life and still change more than ten haag is doing

big Sam would be doing better with this team just by making things less open

What a fecking awful manager, just awful.

Because he’s thick as pig shit

If they lose today as expected and lose again against Liverpool on Sunday, could he complain if he’s sacked (or it’s announced he’ll leave in June ala Tuchel) before the FA Cup Semi?

Only question is - does sacking him now hurt our chances in the FA cup.

Answer - obviously not.

Might as well do it after the Liverpool game and give it to Stevie Mick until the summer.

It’s really not fair on Ten Hag though. Other teams are getting away with having thier front four actually try when they don’t have the ball. Did they not know that’s no longer permitted

Barring an exceptional turnaround, he might just have lost me tonight. Chelsea are cruising. They're a struggling under pressure side and they are absolutely cruising

I liked the idea of following Bayern's example but thinking about it, they're still fighting for the CL. With a manager who has won the CL as an underdog.

So it makes sense to leave Tuchel in charge for that reason. There's no reason to keep Ten Hag in post. He's not an FA cup specialist.

Basic logic doesn't appear to apply for a small section of fans, or the United board. We must wait until everything completely collapses beyond repair before taking action

Getting harder and harder to defend him. The players here are awful no denying it. But he is making the same tactical mistakes. I think we should get McKenna as manager next season

I have quite a good track record of complaining about shit performances that end in comebacks.

Alas I dont think this'll be one.

74 mins of Hag's job left hopefully.
You do complain about a hell of a lot of things  It’s only natural they will come back to bite you occasionally. You’re right on this one.

I think Ten Hag will be given the Liverpool game. Easy to sack him after losing that and you want the new manager to get an easier start ideally.

Goal difference in overdraft 30 games into a premier league season. My beloved Manchester United

There is no defending this shit.
Oh but they will, the exact same way they’ve done this week. They leave it for 2 days then creep back in with stuff like “yeah but those injuries have killed us”, then they talk themselves back into him being an amazing manager and mentioning Klopp circa 2016

How did it take until tonight? We're like this in almost every game.

We’ve manage to employ 2 stubborn Dutch managers post Fergie. Both haemorrhaged our squads whilst spending a small fortune. This time around we have FFP and there is no chance we can buy our way out of the situation this time around.

He’s done. Hole has gotten so deep that I don’t think he can dig himself out anymore.

Whether he gets the sack tomorrow, in the summer or after a poor start to next season, he will be gone.
