Erik ten injuries just needs his fully fit squad and we might be 5th

What starting XI would you have had? What magical ST do we have that ETH is ignoring?
I don’t think it is about team selection and it is also not about the lack of striker today as we have not created anything.

I honestly think that fans moan about choices around the subs and the starting team because they're annoyed by the game and need some specifics to justify wanting the manager sacked.

He is not a good manager at all in the sense that he is unable to have his team put in remotely decent performances unless he got his first 11 fully fit. And even then his team doesn't look all that.

INEOS want UCL so I think he’ll be gone before end of season. This ain’t no Glazer wait until the last minute scenario

What are we doing all week? Either these are his ideas, and they are awful, or he can't get his ideas across.

Either way, it's blindingly obvious he's just such an awful coach.

And once again getting a result against the odds. Watch them haters now.

Sacked sooner or later imo. His style is antithetical to what SJR said he wants, which is proper attacking football.

Quite a remarkable exchange between Ducker and ETH beginning at 6:53 . ETH clearly uncomfortable having to explain his summer transfer logic.

This published shortly after - https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...jlund-injury-man-utd-injury-problems-ten-hag/

I’m far from ETH’s biggest fan, but he showed incredible patience with that reporter. His initial question was fine (though incredibly long-winded seeing as he was basically asking why midfield was prioritised over signing another striker, but taking forever to do so). But his follow up questions were incredibly arrogant. In fact, they weren’t even questions, just him stating his opinions as if they were facts.

He’s annoyed the hell out of me and I’m not even a United fan.

EDIT - I’ve just seen the score… there are clearly more pressing concerns.

Yeah I've had enough now. I'm sick and tired of terrible performances. Took a young Irish kid to Old Trafford this morning. His first ever game, and we play like shit as usual.

I know we are riddled with injuries but playing Rashford in this team when he clearly can't give a toss will cost him his job.

Jeez. Nobody in this ETH team wants to put their foot on the ball. Nobody wants the ball, it's sideways and to the front men quickly and hope something happens. Can't remember a United team playing so ridiculously poorly week in, week out.

As soon as opposition teams don't give the players any space behind them or try to play in a quick tempo. ETH tactics goes to shit and the players are clueless.

Also doesn't help that Højlund, Shaw, Casemiro and Lisandro aren't playing. But mostly the tactics and ETH decision making.

Schooled by another below average team at home. What else is new

We've been proper shit in terms of team performance. When he loses his job, you can say him buying Antony and Mount have contributed enormously to it.
