Monster of a defender and surprisingly good on the ball. This looks to be an excellent transfer. Still early days though. A little reckless at times but I'm not too concerned about that. He makes up for it in other departments.

I liked his performances, looks like a great job by scouts so far but we will see he's got a lot to prove.
I also think he will get sent off and supporters of other teams will hate him, he's quite rash and will bully everyone. It can be good to some extent, I am sure Mou will look after him really well to develop him properly

Already one of my favourite players. Don't get the talk of him being rash. Vidic was rash pretty much every game. He was always on the edge

I love this bit of a players career. When they move to united and we are watching them and getting to know their game for the first time in the first few games. Everybody always tries to compare to other players for some reason. Still he is the best vidic, rio, evra, jones, kolo toure, desailly hybrid I think I have seen this year.
Yep, fair assessment. Worth noting that Bailly's still only 22, though, so has plenty of time to get to the level of someone like Vidic. He's hopefully going to get better and better.

This guy distribution has been very good, he's found some very good risky passes and pulled them off. Based on the few games he's had with us, his distribution is one of the attribute of him furthest from average.
