What's really interesting to me about a lot of these people is one of their go to defences is they were taken in by misinformation in this case.
Which basically means that if the Southport stabber was a Muslim asylum seeker.....the words and actions actually would have been completely justified.
It would have been completely OK in that case to want these hotels all burned with all the asylum seekers in them.

There is a small hardcore bunch that are genuinely threatening as they have proven links to loyalist paramilitaries in Belfast.
However they are mainly being used to be local instigators - trying to get people to attack the police, exploit weak points in Police lines. The clip on regular repeat on BBC news website captures one. Older guy on mobile phone passes on message to younger scrotes with mask etc to try and go down a side street to avoid being funnelled by police.
In reality most of the "crowd" at these events are just gawkers, tea leafs and bloated overspill from the local british legion / provincial football club fans.
They will be banking on the old Gerry Adams statement that the police have to do everything right at all of these marches...they only need to get it right once to hit the headlines.
This thing about the hundred odd targets and using things like immigration lawyers, advice centres, MPs offices as targets seems designed to spread the police and the potential counter demonstrators as thin as possible.
They scarcely need to show up at all at this point to cause disruption to people's lives and businesses and waste police resources. It's like any other kind of false alarm.
Plus, where you've got a scared and angry local community preparing to defend an area from the EDL mobs - you've also got potential for that anger to overflow even if the mob don't show up.
Hopefully the police are ready for whatever does kick off and to chase down the people who are inciting it.
