Which one are you going to?

I see a nearby town on there but I've heard there are other buildings being targeted too. I don't think we've had anything yet where I am thankfully.

Wait what? Did someone forget to castigate me

It's a baffling myth. People actually think that the majority of muslims(or christians) care that much about what others do.

There is intel from Telegram that there are targeted attacks at lots of immigration Lawyers. My own home town has council and civil servants leaving offices early today.
sounds like a standard day in the public sector.

I suspect that in the next few days as people get wise to the EDL stunts we will see them start to target the "media" that is reporting on these "marches / protests" - because their targets will be shut / protected by Police presence.

In the absence of a real target they will go after reporters and camera operators.

Heartbreaking. The protests in Northern Ireland have to be the most moronic in a week of insane stupidity.
Yep. Northern Ireland are like the answer to the question “what would racism sound like if racists couldn’t point to increased immigration rates, the “great replacement”, and fear of immigrants taking their jobs?”. And the answer is…

It’s racism laid bare. He’s not concerned about them taking their jobs; he’s somehow more concerned about them creating new jobs in a desolate space, just because that’ll bring more black people. There are no acts of violence to rally against; his own local community are the violent bunch. There’s no sudden burst of immigration that changed the atmosphere of the place.

He just doesn’t like black people because they’re black. And he’s angry about the fact his community is getting worse off. All he needs is someone to give him a reason to link the two, no matter how stupid it is, and it gives him the added satisfaction of expressing his pain while sharing his hate. It just makes him feel better that he’s got someone to direct that anger at, and all the better if they aren’t “one of us”.

I get why commentators in the media are trying to avoid demonising everyone, and recognising that there are deep issues outside of racism that are bringing people out into the streets. But I don’t think we should legitimise anyone using these protests, often riots, as a useful way to voice their economic and social concerns.

They should protest about those things any other time, without the racists. There’s no reason it needs to be right now, alongside them. The more time they spend alongside racists, linking their problems to racist issues, the more likely they are to start to conflate the two themselves. Just like the guy above. He doesn’t have any rational link between the two, but he just believes it because it’s been said often enough, and it feels better.

It might only be a few at a time, but normalising it causes long-term harm.

Surprised that Croydon isnt on that list as we have one of the largest immigration centres in the country.
Mind you you’d have to have some balls to go up against the Croydon locals. Everyone seems to think they are in a live audition for Top Boy……

They're definitely not going to Normanton Road in Derby. Derby peeps drive around Normanton, not through it.

The carpark next to the immigration advisory service is on Grove Street.

Where are all these people even going to go over the next weeks and months? Isn’t our prison service maxed out already?

I’d happily pay another 1% on income tax to build a load of prisons and put these people in them.

Wonder if the Benefit Agency have their beady eye on some of this lot, if they are saying they aren't fit to work, but can beat someone up or smash buildings up.

They're fastracking 500 additional prison spaces (plus the people they're supposedly letting out early).

In the 2011 riots a little over 1,000 people got jail time.

It would be hilarious to send the rioters to Rwanda rather than a British jail.

He he he. Apparently some rioting gangs have had a good beating. They don't really like to go into places where they could get their heads kicked in. I read somewhere they attacked a taxi driver who messaged his taxi colleagues to help out...which they did by beating up the knuckle draggers. This was near the A6 in Salford.

Everyone should just stop overreacting

He makes a valid point in a stupid way I guess. Just an idiot to say it on TV. A lot of people out there are just scum that are out to cause trouble, the 'immigration' issue is just an excuse.

Some similarities playing out in Ireland too with the disorder in Coolock. These guys are most likely you're standard low-life scums that would use any opportunity to cause a bit of violence and chaos. Definitely not the "Far Right". They probably don't even know what that means.

In a way, I'm less concerned about them because everyone can see they are so blatantly idiotic.

What concerns me is more of a undertone or a sentiment building under the surface for many normal people. I've heard a lot of people like condemning violence against migrants and centres, and yet there'll be a "but" in there. Like almost a tiny bit of it is justified in their minds. That makes me a bit uneasy because that kind of thing can build over time.

I don't know what it is like in the UK, but here in Ireland I feel like migration isn't even really the problem at hand that people are really feeling frustrated at, it's more of a symptom of the underlying problem of a huge lack of infrastructure to accommodate Irish people, let alone provide safe harbour to asylum seekers, and a cost of living crisis.

Our health system is at breaking point always, our housing crisis is deepening every quarter the cost of living has hit a lot of people really hard. I think the geopolitical tensions and conflict and mass displacement of innocent asylum seekers couldn't have come at a worse time where people are looking for something or someone to blame for their problems.

I'm sure there are genuine racists that are actually out there to cause harm for no other reason than different ethnic backgrounds. They are now outing themselves and getting prison as part of these riots. Good. Same with the idiots that are joining in for no other reason than to cause trouble. Also good.

It will be a lot more difficult to wash away the negative thoughts of many normal people who seem to have an incredible apathy and many are generally unsympathetic to asylum seekers fleeing war-torn countries.

I can’t find a specific one for Mohammed and his business, but here’s a general one for all the people & businesses affected:

This is of course a lovely gesture, but I also feel that those caught responsible should be also charged with footing the bill to restore and repair damaged businesses. Some might not care about spending a few years of their miserable lives behind bars, but might think twice if they're forced to go bankrupt over paying to restart the livelihoods of the same people they attack out of hate and malice.

I love to see this:

Man jailed for three years for taking part in Southport disorder

Dominic Casciani and Callum May
Reporting from Liverpool Crown Court

Derek Drummond has been jailed for three years for taking part in the violent disorder in Southport.

He is the first offender to be sent to prison for that offence since the trouble began.

He has also been sentenced to two months for punching a police officer - to run concurrently.

Only two months for punching a copper? That seems unusually lenient.

So why did JSO get 5 for sitting on a zoom call planning?

Set fire to a police van, punch an officer and gets three years? Seems incredibly lenient considering Just Stop Oil sentences for a peaceful protest.

Can the UK government start tattoing this scum so foreign countries can easily identify them when they are on holiday!? A lion taking a shit tatted across their forehead would do.

Seeing as it's running concurrently it's a total waste of time anyway. It just get's the conviction on his record.
The concurrent thing is a joke as well. Granted I know next to nothing about the law, but I would have figured that should have been factored in as part of a compounded sentence. Anyway at least this degenerate is behind bars for a number of years.

they’ve been going it for years. just look for the chelsea crest or a bulldog on the back of their calves.

They're pretty easy to spot tbh. Spend any time in a budget all-inclusive in Spain or Turkey and they'll make themselves pretty well known.

Yeah but the trouble with those tattoos is that there's the odd fellow every now and then who has them that isn't a mini me SS officer. We need something specific.
