Still feel if rohit was the captain ashwin would never have been dropped. Kohli seems to rate chahal a lot.

T20 I can agree but nothing about this game screams hales to me . England should win this 9 out of 10 times after the opening partnership. It happens though , when you play this way you are bound to have days like this

Root at 3. Stokes and everyone else drops one. That works for me personally.
Bit of a false stat as both are constantly in the firing line in terms of chances. There will be technically worse fielders with a better catch percentage due to where they field/the amount of chances they face.
Don't know about Stokes but Kohli drops a lot of easy ones too for eg the one of Morgan today.
Perhaps, but I think drops in the sort of places he fields are to be expected more so than in other fielding positions.
