Eminem

Eminem should leave D12 behind and do an album with Slaughterhouse.

I went through WTT, which was a piece of shit. Carter 4 I couldn't do the whole thing. It's like watching someone give themself aids.

Say one bar off WTT.

Why would I? I don't like the album, or a single song on it. Would saying one bar prove anything, apart from that I know how to use Google?

Can I recite a single bar from Lupe Fiasco's album? No, but I still listened to it and thought it was a piece of lion shit.

Repeating shit bars isn't proof you've listened to anything Boss.

Nothing in particular, but I just don't really like Slaughterhouse, or Eminem.

They need to do a Detroit Cypher next time, Eminem, Royce, Elzhi and Danny Brown. Eminem killed that cypher, that's the Em I like not that pop Em who makes shit songs with Rihanna.

I liked that a lot more than anything else he's done lately. I would've definitely loved it when I was 18.

I reckon:

Elzhi, Danny Brown, Black Milk, Phat Kat, Guilty Simpson, One Be Lo

How could I forget Guilty Simpson, Em and Royce have to be in that too. All the other cyphers were poor, only Big K.R.I.T, Kendrick Lamar and B.O.B did anything else decent.

B.O.B?! I can't stand his bitch-ass.

Big K.R.I.T is good though, excellent producer, very good rapper.

Nor can I but he was good comparative to everyone else:

Here's the other decent Cypher:

K.R.I.T
Tech N9ne
Machine Gun Kelly (feck knows who he is)
Kendrick Lamar
B.O.B

Machine Gun Kelly?! What the feck!

Why on earth would they put him on a track with Kendrick or K.R.I.T.

In fact, why have those two anywhere near N9ne, B.O.B or MGK, who are all shit?

Because B.E.T is an awful, awful channel.

Em's flow is real nice but he's saying nothing really. No real punchlines as such, and he builds it up and then you left hanging without the punch. Guess it's better than anything he's done recently. Slaughterhouse and Crooked-I murdered it. Some really clever punchlines in there.

I have it as:

Crooked I> Joell > Eminem > Royce > Joe Budden > Yelawolf

I thought that at first but I listened again and read through lyrics, there's a lot of lines that take a few listens to sink in:

Lyrical miracle spiritual individual criminal
Subliminal in your swimming pool (shot at Canibus)

You 'bout to see peace destroyed, it'll never be restored
When I unleash these beastly hordes on your CD stores
Wanna stop it? You gon' need a priest, at least three swords
A license to ill from the Beastie Boys, three Ouija boards
A squeegee and please be warned, do ask what the squeegee's for
Or the holy water, acid raps that'll eat these floors
Eat a whole in a rhyme book, do you see these horns?
And as for me you ask when I'm gone "will he be mourned?"
..is puke luke warm?
Should Casey Anthony do porn?
Can that chick fit a new born dead baby inside a frickin' shoebox
With a shoehorn and smother it in chloroform so she can go get her groove on?
Can she duct tape and Velcro a fetus?
Joell, you tell Joe I need his
Empty box from his old shell toed Adidas
So I can put these babies in the fetal position, to give elbows to the penis
Yeah big deal
I took some little kids big wheel and spit in his friggin big kids meal
Quit tryna bite me and pinch you wench sit still
Did you just put your six inch heel through my Benz windshield?!
Is it dust we bout to kick up?
Can Yelawolf fit a fifth of rum in a big cup
Between the stick shift in his friggin' pickup
And drink like a hick redneck hill billy will 'til he gets hiccups!?
Flippin' the script up like Mike Vick
Gettin' his junk bit by a pit, yup, I'mma sick pup
I'd be a horrible magician, cause I'll feck a trick up
Fix your lips up to say somethin' fly, or zip up
A B, lets C, you said you were gonna do X-Y-Z
Till you feck around and get dropped like an E
When you add an I-N-G
Do put a K in front of that though, when I MC
I'm not the king of the microphone booth, it's more like a phone booth
Superman in this bitch, Kryptonite won't do
It gives me more power, I bump the fat boys
And eat rat poison, take meteor showers
Fresh outta the mental hospital
And me not flossin' a middle finger while I hop in a mosh pit'll
Be like Nas doin' Gospel or R&B.. you crazy?
Me pushin' them daises? that thought is impossible
Is it flashin' across the news, Posdnuos was caught with a prostitute
With a huge Johnson, boobs, and a monstrous tube of lube
And a bra, some boots, some panties, and a aqua blue Monster
Swallowin' a popsicle, playing tonsil pool
So kill the rumors it ain’t happenin', I’m a rap till I’m fossil fuel

It's just a reminder really of what he can do and how he isn't quitting anytime soon, a few subliminals in there too.

No, still doesn't do it for me in terms of punchlines. Again, it's like he sets up the punch but then doesn't really throw it if you get what I mean? The multi syllable flow is ridiculous though. And yeah, there are subliminals but nothing to write home about. I'm just saying, in terms of punchlines he lacked in that verse. That's all.

People who love his multi-syllable flow, check out Roc Marciano, the real master.

Em is incredible with the multi syllables. Next level shit.

Brilliant verse.

I get what you're saying, I'm just happy he's rapping his ass off, let him get a pen and a pad and then he can start dropping those punchlines and drop one more classic album.

Yeah, Roc's nice with the multi's. A younger Common also held it down with multi's. I know this is going to be weird, but one guy who does it really well is Cassidy. I know he's in limbo but some of his street joints were more than ok and I loved the multi's flow he had.

Cassidy had real talent, it's his problem he decided to pump it in the wrong direction and become a no-mark. But yeah, both were great with the multi's.

He was at the awards show where these cyphers were spat coincidently, not too sure what he's doing now but he had a run in with law a few years back. I remember listening to I'ma Hustla when I was like 11, think it went downhill after he made that Hotel song with R.Kelly which funnily enough I quite liked.

You must have seen this Armchair:

I'm not impressed with the Eminem verse, but yeah, it's better than anything he's done recently I suppose, at least it clearly sounds better.
