Get a Hist Bark set for your 5 piece. Not sure about the rest, as I don't have a proper build for my tank yet. You'll want a couple of taunt abilities. Focus on sustainability over damage. Not sure if health or stamina would be the way forward. I'd imagine stamina with some in magicka. @afrocentricity ?

Sounds similar to my build... It's served me well. I'm specced into stamina but glyphs and jewellery help support my magicka...Magicka and health for this build
It's hot is reliant on damage and sustain on stamina comes from siphoning strikes

Cramped corridors with loads of mobs mixed in... I tried but I had no chance as I didn't really now the layout at the time. I have a better understanding now tho. I had enough coins for 3 pieces of the Reactive armor set, now I don't even have enough for 1.

Hmm, as far as mmo's go I'd say it has good storyline stuff, up there with TSW. As for leveling, I just played it like I played any other Elder Scroll game. Maybe try grouping up?
You need to go light armour to make the most of your passive abilities. Unlock hardened ward asap.
Yeah, as Mojo said, light armour will compliment sorcerer builds better, as the passive skills in the light armour tree are magical based.

I use both if the healer is having a mare. Use both in trials , have to.
