The war is over the minute Trump gets re-elected and not in a good way. US support for Ukraine would almost have to end immediately and you could see some support being given to Russia, and it’s not even a far fetched theory.
No they planted them and then unlawfully took them back which makes Trump the rightful owner because he declassified them.

The NYT did *exactly* this in 2004, when they had documents that bush was lying to the public about surveillance, but only published them after the election because
1. they didn't want to appear partisan
2. the CIA told them it would be unpatriotic
And rather than one man's document stealing, that was about one man spying on the whole country (and world, but what does that matter)
