Are we actually somewhat near to the stage where he's genuinely a bit fecked?
He's the slipperiest teflon-coated snake there is and avoids all trouble but this time, just maybe there's.a chance he's buggered?
Well... In the past his teflon-coating mostly revolved around him being a sitting president, getting his DOJ stooge to rule that a sitting president can't be indicted and having the power to pardon his lackies that might have otherwise have ended up testifying against him to save their own skin.
Now that he doesn't have that power and with the reports becoming more damning by the day, my wishful thinking is at least a bit higher than usual.
There's also the fact he can't really be be 'one step removed' from the actual act of the crime in this case, like with a lot of his other crimes, as he is the only one that personally had the power to remove these documents. He has confirmed this himself with the lacklustre attempts to defend his actions by pretending he has the power to declassify them, can do what he wants with them, etc.
