My suggestion would be to restart with the clarifications. Those that aren't on the born in category don't need to change anyway. We just need clarification with regards to the rule.

Just rectify the rules for future picks. No need for a restart. 
So no pick recording has started, half of the managers picked players that might or might not fulfill the criteria and prath got leapfrogged in the order.

It isn’t bad as it makes the pool bigger but that’s really off IMO

To be fair I did check that Carribbean was classed as fine, and my original player was born in the Carribbean

Yeah your is fine mate, but some of the clarifications affected other people's choices.
It's better to clear it early rather to have further clarifications in R3 or 4...
BTW, always hated that category, always seem to create problems and gray areas...

@Edgar Allan Pillow if I'd were you I'd consider changing this criteria as it would create many problems down the road with these gray areas. Just have something that is clear and can't be really argued upon.
For the first 1-2 rolls should be fine where the pool is big enough but afterwards when the pool is trimmed there will no doubt be issues IMO.
Prath has to choose before you tho, so he can pick him.
Because Mod was mistaken. And other people didn't pick him because he is ineligible. I'm curious, why did you even ask about him, since it's either South America or Europe (by the weird definition)?

The only one who might have picked him is 2mufc0, but if anyone else want to swap davids for desailly or eusebio, I would be happy to do so.
I asked for the same reason I asked about thuram. He is also part of CONCACAF.
Being part of CONCACAF makes him eligible if we went that road. The criteria isn't really set precisely and I think after the drafting started Edgar mentioned that Russia isn't part of Europe/SA.
Has to be cleared - geographical or federation basis and also since Russia is outside that criteria it changes the pool completely.

But if Thuram is eligbile then 1) Nobody needs to wait for Pnuts so prath's time doesnt get extended and I still get davids 2) Prath hasn't been online since so its not like he refrained form picking.

I'm not sure what's going on and if it is my turn and being Sunday and all won't be much online later on, so I'd like to be resolved sooner(haven't done much of a research either).
P-nut still hasn't picked and if we aren't recording time I'd rather wait for Edgar.
