He was born in Portuguese Mozambique, which was a colony. But perhaps the rule is that the country shouldn't be a current colony.
Wtf! The rules for my box say as stated. He was born in the Carribbean which from my understanding is neither Europe or South America
From this list it's also not on dependant territories or anything.
Maybe because Guadeloupe is part of France and so "entirely within conventional Europe" as Guadeloupe is a French territory since some centuries.
Don't get me wrong, I don't care about that player but before the draft I thought the spirit of that box was to pick players generally ignored and that players like Eusebio & Thuram wouldn't available.
