We would all love that because we would have beaten City.

But I would love Neville to get the winner doesn't mean it's going to happen.

now I wouldn't be surprised if Berbatov got the winner!

Today I was very impressed with Berba. If he puts in that effort in most games, I will leave his back. That was nice of him. He was really trying to make something happen and I am sure a lot of people will appreciate that.

Nowadays we are happy about our 30m signing if he heads a ball and give two passes straight.

Didn't do too badly today. Got involved more than a half-fit Rooney was able to, got his head on the end of a few crosses, and got the ball down and spread it well when he dropped deep, including starting off the move we scored from.

He looked good in a 'nice flicks/runs but nothing actually achieved' kind of a way.

He did alright, lost possession a couple of times but the header was a decent attempt and he did a couple of nice runs. Didn't see him moan at a teammate either which is a plus.

What had he done to more then that? You're really easy to please aren't you?

Mind you, all the team was poor (apart Vidic and Evra) today. We had few chances of goal which we missed big time but City (while not by much) where better. Scholes scored a fantastic goal.

Not the thread to discuss this but you honestly can't believe that.

Berbatov was good when he came on today, he even ran about a bit which should please some of you.

I didn't think Evra had a great game. Their best two players were Johnson and Wright Philips who both got a decent amount of joy out of him.

City weren't great. They had their chances and failed them miseribily but yes I do believe that they were better then us expecially during the second half. At extra time the real United came to scene.

Ah that surely justify the 30m tag. He should be contending for World's player of the year after that.

ahhh shut the feck up, lad. We've just beaten city at the death for the third time this season, if ever there was a time to be doing something other than dicking on Berbatov, it's probably now.

Evra did fairly well. He struggled a bit when SWP came in but he did his job decently. I believe that we had a decent 1 st half, a horrible 2nd half and a fantastic extra time. 3 minutes of pure brilliance.

I am not dicking Berba. Im just stating the obvious. Many are praising him because he was able to run a bit, head a ball and give two decent passes. Id be happy if Pogba did that at first team level and not an experienced striker.

We have signed him thinking he is a striker, but, as today, he plays better in an attacking midfielder role.

Why don't you just get off his back?

He put a good effort forth, and contributed enough to get the win in that 20 minutes. These days, he'd have to score a hattrick and sprint non-stop throughout the 90 minutes for people to not criticise
