Television Dexter

I thought it was decent, despite the fact that the god damn WebRip I had censored the tits and the 'fecks.' WIll have to redownload to see Jamie's tits now!

decent start, the older lady looks like an interesting addition, particularly with how the episode ended. Someone let me know when a stream is available that actually has the tits showing.

So what do people reckon is the deal with this psychiatrist customerrrr?

since she worked with Miami Met before, my guess is that she is the one who identified that Dexter is a psychopath and worked with Harry to create the code

What the heck does the ending mean? It surely has to do something with the past, when she was still with Miami police and Dex was a child. A friend of Harry, perhaps?

I downloaded the episode and the feckers even censored the 'fecking word'. And when Debra was speaking it was a bit annoying that the every second word was censored.

 would have the length of the episode if they actually removed them all

Good episode, better than I expected.

The old lady is a very interesting character, I don't think she can be trusted. Dexter losing control a few times probably means he'll make a big error somewhere along the line, hopefully the cops aren't as incompetent this time round as they have been in the past.

Decent episode. Mine had no censoring but you didn't see Jamie's tits you liar whoever you are. Only sideboob and butt.

Dexter is still looking at pictures of corpses with his kid sitting right next to him.

Good opening to the show. At first I thought that English one would just be a Lundy rehash so I was pleasantly surprised by the ending.

As usual every character bar Dexter (and his antagonists) are shit though, Deb making her annoying sounds and somehow managing to sound awkward cursing even though she says "feck" every second word, Quinn and Jamie? Don't give a feck, Matthews is somehow back, Angel is as usual, boring.

Still, the show was always at it's best when Dexter had a good antagonist (Trinity, Lundy, Doakes, Brian, Isaac) and at its worst when it had a shit one (Colin Hanks, Miguel, Colin Hanks, Chase, Colin Hanks), so let's hope they can pull off a good final season.

Phew, for a second there Cina I thought you might not say it was shit!

Though I agree with you. The episode was okay-ish though pretty annoying in parts, but the ending has set up what will come next pretty nicely. All depends of the writers really.

Debra as a character has always annoyed me cos she always seemed on the verge of crying and a nervous breakdown. Now that's multiplied by 100, so I was just sat in front of my TV wanting to yell at her to shut up.

I didn't though. Cos she's in my TV and it would not be useful.

We'll see how well the writers piece this season's storyline together since the last couple of seasons had little in the way of suspense since most viewers had figured things out early on

He is looking like the biggest spacker of them all currently. Dexter was basically shitting himself in his office after that conversation with Vogel.

Wasn't it hinted at a while back that Matthews may have known about Dexter from his Dad?

I forgot how much I hate Quinn, and I thought Angel's sister felt the same, but alas nobody can resist his charm.

Decent episode to start off with, Charlotte Rampling could be a great addition, she certainly knows how to act.

May well be the case to be fair, can't remember.

On the topic of Charlotte Rampling:

Yes please.

Anyone mind sharing a link? The one I used for this in the past has changed, and I rarely watch TV shows on torrents.

Thanks

What a preposterous idea.

My theory is that she is telepathic, and simply read Dexter's mind.

She helped 'create' him.

A little sneak for episode 2 (promo) explains a little bit as to what direction we're going in with her.

Not a bad episode at all but truly fecking annoyed to see the same old useless fecking characters (Batista and Quinn). The addition of Rampling's character seems good to me, it brings a lot of questions. Why would she come back now ? What's her objective ?

That preview for the second episode shows a bit too much. Basically explains everything already.

New Dexter season is starting this Sunday @9pm on FOX UK & Ireland, opposed til havin to wait until next Spring.. Nice one!

I'm assuming you haven't read the last few pages I think... but the first episode was last sunday

I'm assuming you havent read my post because i said UK & Ireland premiere is this Sunday. It was Sunday past in the States - not in these shores tho..

And no, i havent read the pages because i dont want to feckin know what went on with episode one before it premieres in the UK & Ireland - this Sunday...

I thought it started everywhere last weekend, my bad. Anyway, you could just stream it.

He's on about it airing in the UK and Ireland.

Edit: I'm way behind

Unfortunately not man. I wont complain though - we usually have to wait til the following Spring - like May next year for the new season, so 1 week is feck all - delighted with that tbh!

As regards streaming it, i've riddled my laptop with virus's with downloading etc & its workin semi-ok at the moment, so i dont want to feck anymore of my shit up for the time-being - well not until i get rid off some or all of the virus's on the fecker!

They showed the end of the next episode in a preview once. They're idiots.

Yeah, wasn't that for the season finale last season? Basically gave everything away without us having a choice.

Shit, those were the days with Dexter. I felt like I needed to walk out the room and take a breather at times during Season 4.

I liked that episode - especially Charlotte Rampling.

If anyone has got a link to a stream with the uncensored version and could send me it, it would be appreciated.

That's more than a little! Like bosnian said it basically explains everything.

Here's an interview with Rampling: http://www.vulture.com/2013/06/dexter-charlotte-rampling-interview.html

I read it before viewing that video, so from the second question I worked out what she was sort of about.
