Yeah, it was. It wasn't too tough until that very last bit, where multiple minotaurs spawn along with the final boss. Even then, I think it's possible on the first or second try, if you are sensible, but after a few deaths I was spawning with only auto rifle ammo that was like shooting peas at them.

It's probably bullshit and just the placebo effect, but emblem of the gifted from the speaker seems to of had a positive effect on the amount of loot that's dropping for me.

Two of us bought it at the same time and then went on to do the same Mars farming circuit we had been doing for an hour before and we both reckon we got a decent amount more drops with the new emblem.

Feel free to kick me liberally I'm the testes if you think it's tosh :)

Nah, that theory has been going around for a while now, a lot of think that. Some think it's down to fact that Bungie updated the game and fixed the loot system.
 
Sorry lads couldn't make it on tonight, let me know if you can't finish it and I'll try and get a slot going tomorrow. Me and Phewbo can still resume from where we finished last night. I have work at 6.30 tomorrow so couldn't have a another late night
 
We need to split up and concentrate on shooting oracles and then when the shield is down take the Templar down!!
 
I really want to but I cant. I have pregnabt wife and work early in the morn. My life would be extremely difficult. Next time I can do the raid is Tuesday
 
I'm absolutely outrageously good with the fusion rifle on PvP. It's definitely OP but even when the other players are using it I tend to win, walked through 4 out of a 6 person team on control earlier and that combined with the Sunslinger Warlock class makes me feel like everyone else has brought knives to my gun parties.
 
Golden Gun pisses me right off in PvP, found out tonight that it penetrates my Titans super-bubble-shield, which is just awesome.
