So the first one was the daily story mission then? That Minotaur spawning behind us was a right pain in the arse.

First one with the minotaurs was the weekly strike (Into the Nexus, we all got 3 strange coins from it) and the second one was the daily story. Today's daily story is the last mission I think.

Nightfall. Unlocked to me but not tried it yet. Despite people soloing (it's Nexus on way harder difficulty), I think I'd need more. If everyone dies in Nightfall you get catapulted back to orbit and have to start again.

Been doing one of these fecking exotic bounties. Had to get 500 points (5 a kill) in PVP only using void damage and you lose points when you die. All I had was a fusion rifle & rockets that had it (think it would be easier for Warlock's as they have void damage attacks anyway with super, grenades etc.) so I had to keep a positive k/d using basically a fusion rifle which is v hard to keep up until you get to 500. Got it done and now I've got to do some crazy level 26 strike where Phogoth is and kill Xyor, The Unwed which is this shit!?

If anyone can help me I'd much appreciate it!

I loved the look of that weapon and had the choice between that and the shotgun quest, but it's probably the hardest to get of all the weapons so I gave it a swerve. You've done well enough getting that far!
 
So I had a moment of weakness today and bought a ps4 and destiny.

Got plenty of coins and motes of
light for when Xur shows up. Should hopefully be able to grab 2 things.
 
I did millions of bounties before I got my first exotic bounty pop up.

Didnt finish my exotic bounty and got another one :D Both need the weekly

Edit - Apparently no more Ascendant Shards for dissassembling the queen's reward legendaries

Yeah, no more shards. Just material for your particular class, like normal armour. Glad I did that mission with Levo earlier just in time.

I'm on now and haven't done the update so literally just sold my legendary armor for some ascendant shards - I'm not even sure what they are for!
 
No more Ascendant Shards from the Queens missions :( I must have racked up about 30 from the missions. Those Shards are hard as feck to find as well. How stupid were Bungie to not see that one coming.

Anyone done the invective exotic bounty? (think bounty was called a favor for ikora)
Need to get 50 special weapon ammo things. Just wondering what if anything is after that?
 
Gutted they nerfed the loot cave. Was going to put some hours in at the weekend after being away last weekend!

Going on for a couple of hours soon. Not sure what I need to be doing. Got a bit 14 Coins and 25 Motes. I'm not going to be able to get that up to before Xur gets here so it looks like one of each.

Got 3 Crucible bounties near completion so guess I should do them.

Around the 4:40 mark it shows you a position you can wail on the boss and he cant do much back

That is a nice spot! I found one of them by mistake on another boss and he was unleashing hell on me with absolutely no effect. :lol:

Can confirm, the ammo is the last part of invective. Just picked mine up to go with my Plan C for exotic specials.

Also the first part of The Bad Juju down, next up is 25 strikes... Not sure I want to do that tonight :D

Edit - Oh crap, didnt realise Invective is solar damage. Thats brilliant, solar was my weak spot as I had an exotic and a legendary for arc damage and void damage. But just blues for solar.
 
I'm glad they nerfed that loot cave.

Seriously where's the fun and achievement in gearing up if you sap the challenge out of it?
 
Yeah I hated the loot cave. At the same time, it was too effective not to use it. I did a billion strikes and didnt get any upgrades, but I could sit at a cave for 10 mins and get a legendary.

Sorry about that, 2nd time I have started a queens mission and both times I've had connection issues.

Are they all just the same story or strike missions but harder?

Looks like the connection issues are happening to loads of people. I've tried going in patrol but keep getting kicked with monkey and centipede errors whatever they are.

Nah just figured you got disconnected...

Been getting loads of disconnects, it's pissing me off, and I've not had any really until today... done for the night.
