Word of advice for people doing the queens missions, it really is best to just keep loading up the mission until the Earth one comes up. It says they're level 24 but they have modifiers on and the end battles are fecking tough. I'm level 28 and it took me a good while. By contrast, the earth one can be done in 10 minutes.
Yeah it's legendary queen armour.
Just got rather luck with the walker challenge. Beat one earlier on the strike and was off on patrol to get 2 more. Walk into a public event where the aim was to take one down, it was nearly dead. Whipped out my machine gun did the damage and after 10 seconds go my 2nd notch on the bounty

It was me who jumped into you're game earlier mate. Got a helmet and body armour from the queen missions now. Managed to do the moon one on my own.
Ah, I haven't tried the moon one. Have you done the Gate Lord one on Venus? I did it yesterday, but I tried today and I couldn't do the last part.

I thought you had to do 5 queen bounties to be able to do her mission? But it appears to be available for me and I've only done 2 bounties.
I ain't gonna even try it as it'll be too hard. I have tried a few times tonight to get the weekly mission done but failed

It's one mission per bounty.
That's the fix I'm in. I might try the Earth one if I pull it though...I have two queen mission tokens right now. Need to be level 21 to even be able to do the mission though which is annoying. I've heard i won't be able to complete the mission though because i'll get wrecked if i'm only level 21. A vicious circle
Remember you joined me at the cave? As soon as you left they started to flow again, and at last I got a legendary engram and it was an actual legendary item. Than my poster master gave me another. 2 in the space of 10 secounds. Sadly I got armour for the wrong class but I did get a rocket launcher that I can use.
I can die happy now
Yeah I got bored as I was close to levelling up the cryptarch. I got a legendary earlier on a Vanguard stroke but I was for a warlock. Queens bounties are definitely the way to go as you get armour for your own class.

So had 6 Legendary Engrams today through farming and a package and all 6 were about items.

I managed to come away with a helmet with some light on it after farming the cave for about 20mins or so. Not legendary but i was only looking to get some armour pieces with light on so i'm happy. Only a little bit off 21 now so if i can get another piece with light on tomorrow i can then get my good buddy @Damien to help me power through a couple of Queen's missions and grab some legendary pieces
Been off for the last week or so as I've been doing work pretty much 15hrs a day, but I'll be unemployed from Monday, so in true scrounger style I'll be dividing my time between this and FIFA. Really need to get me some legendary armour!
The queen's Earth mission was a breeze, till I got to the end and the skanks or whatever the floating robots are had shields now and could OHK me. Bloody hell.

last mission has the big brain thing and turns the statues into bosses
that was rather annoying, we were both just stuck there with a loading sign and then got booted.You don't need to worry about it until you hit level 20 and it sort of gets explained then. On thing to keep in mind is if you are not dying to much is save your blue armour encrypt things until after you hit level 20. I did that and then cashed them in (only thought of it late in the game though) and instantly got to about level 21/22 and even got my only piece of legandary armour when doing that.
how do you actually make sure you get the earth mission. Just click start on the queen mission at the side and let it load and then abandon/go back to orbit if you end up on a different planet? Just want to make sure I don't lose my token.

That weekly strike is a pain in the backside. Its not even the Nexus that's difficult, it's the other spawning robots that catch you out when your not looking.
Me and Monkey_Plunkett nearly had it finished aswell. Those no automatic respawns are an absolute killer when it's only 2 of you.

Yep, just abandon mission and then start it again until it comes up. Sometimes it never comes though.

We were so close!, all we needed to do was take care of that last wave of Vex and he was fecked but theres so many of them coming from both sides. It's those bloody Hobgoblins & their shots that pretty much kill you in one go.

Sorry to be such a noob guys but can someone answer this? I'd be set then and can enjoy the game without worrying I'm missing something.
You play how you you want to play, if you want to explore... do so. Solo if you want to too, there may be times when you need to team up because the content is too hard, at that point, there's loads of us on the caf that will help you out.
If you see a chest or a loot drop, grab it, but even if you miss an engram drop, the post guy at the tower will give it to you later as a lost item. You can always go back to any level or patrol to get chests again so I wouldn't worry much about it.
In terms of multiplayer, any level can be single but some of them become very difficult, so if you've got someone to team up with do so, if not, still fine just might be a little trickier!
You can explore anytime you want, the best thing to do when you don't feel like doing a set mission & just going with the flow and exploring for a while is to choose your bounties so that you can get two or three done in one go and then pick Patrol on whichever planet give you the best chance of getting them done, so something like Do 6 Patrol missions on the cosmodrome + get 100 Fallen Headshots + Melee 30 Fallen without dying and try and get them done whilst flying about the cosmodrome going wherever it takes you.
