Well sure didn't I just jump onto the game and went to the Cryptarch and what do I see before me, a cape! 'the cloak of reverence' It looks awesome.

Why would Activision be interested in selling consoles? Also the fact that they released it on old consoles as well imo speaks against this theory.

The last I heard from Bungie was that they didn't have the man power to release the game on PC as well and had to wait till resources from the consoles got available to do the PC version.

Just read that fall 2015 seems to be the targeted release area for the PC version. Jeez quite a wait if it's true but seems like WF will have to do until that time.
 
Just got a a legendary primary weapon engram from a crucible game :drool:

Has anyone else got any legendary weapons/armour yet?
 
And holy moly the 22 version of Devils Lair seems tough or I dont know the trick to it yet. There's like nowhere to take cover and you die in 2 hits
 
Anybody around level 11 want to tackle the moon missions? just done the first one but wouldn't mind some help too.
 
My biggest accomplishment so far is inspiring a random game of football on the tower. There's a ball behind one of those stands so I started kicking it about. Eventually half a dozen or so joined in before I headed it off the ledge and followed it down along with a few others.

That doesn't count against me, right...?
 
Joined up with Damo, could do with a few others for strike missions.
 
Gamespot scored it 6/10.......ouch.
Metacritic currently sits at 74, it's safe to say lots of people aren't impressed.

Can see where they are coming from, it's a really good co-op to play with your mates, but alone not so much. Awful story line.
It's good fun though imo
 
I'd score it well single player too, but ofc the story was poor. I did almost all the missions solo apart from the strikes. It wasnt the story driving me forward it was the skills you get from your class and getting better gear, and opening the next strike missions. Its still addictive.
 
Levo started playing at midnight and it's now 10am. I'm concerned for him however I might be on in a bit to join him.

6 is too harsh. He makes good points about the story andrepetitiveness but it's still a really good game. Gamespot love to give lower scores to big budget games to spark comments and controversy.
