I got the Mythoclast and it feels so weak. I'm close to getting Thorn but I keep putting it off because it's useless.

I got the Mythoclast and it feels so weak. I'm close to getting Thorn but I keep putting it off because it's useless.
Yeah, you don't need to, but that back left oracle is difficult to get from the spawn point, unless you parkour a fair way up to the right. Much easier to just head to that platform.
Yeah I've nearly fully upgraded it & it's still useless. It really needs buffing IMO. By the time you getting somewhere with it your ammo has nearly gone!

Which is a joke considering it's the hardest gun the get in the game. Still don't understand why they nerfed it in PvE.
Agreed. It will still be useful in the new raid no doubt, but in the mean time if you've got other weapons to upgrade I'd just focus my attention on them for now.

How do you nerf something unintentionally? Anyway, the explosion for Fatebringer and Praedyth's Revenge is different, both much better and bigger. Same for Ice Breaker, but I haven't tried it yet.

I don't know if this is anything new, as I tend to avoid the 'eliminate target' public events, but I just started one, on my own, and after getting the guy's health down halfway, he randomly teleported halfway across the map (i.e. not using a teleport ability) and then ran off through the remaining checkpoints before I could catch up with him. What a joke!

You go up that ledge and snipe him from there, a lot of people say it's quicker from there. There was a video it on Youtube, can't search it now
I've been doing for 15 minutes and had 2 respwans. Even if I literally run up to the surface they don't come back

Ah, yeah, I wouldn't call that cheesing though as you're still vulnerable up there. It only really protects you from the melee attackers.

For me it has always taken longer when I go in the room. If I just kill them without going in the room they respawn in a few seconds
Never go into the room unless you are finished. Might be engrams and a chest in the left room
you literally stand outside, kill all 3. Back up to the wall for 6 seconds, go foward and they'll be there. It takes forever for them to respawn if you go into the room. Sometimes it seems to break it permanently

Might have been connection rather than the update, but I just had the buggiest, glitchiest atheon fight I've ever experienced. Portal issues literally every time, detain shields on portal side more often than not, and all sorts of other minor issues. Baffles me that these things still haven't been fixed!
Anybody available for a quick normal mode raid? My buddy has just come onto ps4 from PS3 and never raided before.
