It's appeal looks to be in the opposite of the likes of Titanfall. Titanfall (could) blow you away straight away purely on it's fast paced gameplay. Destiny seems to revel in it's massive scope, looting system and social elements which aren't something you can really get a feel for in a short play time.

I expect it'll be a game which grows on people and keeps them coming back to unlock more, explore more etc. rather than for a short burst of fun.
 
Forgot to pre order last night :( had a long day at work and was nackered when i got in. Any spare codes would be much appreciated.

Well that's a bit naff... Downloaded in seconds, installing taking forever. Or is this is still downloading?
 
Does the PS4 still download in standby mode? Can't remember.
 
I'm right in assuming this download is resumable right? Because its downloading with the game open instead of in the background. I don't fancy having this PS4 blasting hot air at me all night.
 
Not sure if it's been mentioned, but anyone on o2 can get a beta access code using o2 priority.
 
Done the first mission, seemed a little tougher than the alpha which isn't a bad thing, trying the hunter this time. This is awesome.
 
Yeah enjoying this....playing hunter class. Only tackled first boss I think

Nice game so far, visually beautiful and easy to grasp. Nice to hear Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) voicing Ghost too :lol:

Yeah, I built a gaming PC last summer. Gave Battlefield 3, Bioshock and one or two others a go with Mouse and Keyboard. Couldn't get used to it at all, bought myself a x360 wired controller instead.
 
Just started downloading this, didn't play the alpha at all or really seen much of it apart from the trailer way back when it was announced. Does it look good then? Looking forward to a good shooter game that has a good story line and stuff, just couldn't get into battlefield this year, don't know why. Probably because I was crap at it.
 
How good is it if compare with other shooter games out there.
