Watched the end of a stream on YouTube that took them 10 hours..........though i think they played soon as it dropped so most of that would have been spent figuring it out.
With all the guides now out and with a competent fireteam reckon it could be done in 2/3 hours maybe not even that.

We just spent 2 hours at the baths. Refreshing!
 
I'll be up for running the raid this Saturday if anyone else wants to.
 
280 Power level now. Boots and Chest both still 270 so I'm hoping to land something there soon for a nice boost. Waited to do the Mida quest and got it today at 296. Running the Mida Multi and Mida Mini for the speed stack is brilliant and I'm wrecking people in Crucible, so that's all fun.

I've now got Coldheart 3 times out of 6 Exotic Weapons. Disgusting behaviour from the RNGods.

Did this weeks Nightfall first time tonight and then a second time, both in around 16 mins. Completed the deaths challenge but not the 5 mins remaining challenge. Both times I got absolute trash loot but it happens.

Do we know what Xur is bringing this week yet?

At least you can infuse them into other weapons.

Don't think we do know. They tightened their security up after megaman found a way to get the info.

With it being a Trace Gun/Rifle or whatever it's badged as, can I infuse it with anything or something specific? Got one at 284 and I'd like my 272 Merciless boosted if that's at all possible :D

You can definitely infuse into Auto Rifles. Not sure about other stuff.
 
Really liking the survival mode, should be one of the IB modes this year ended one round of it with a 9.0 KD after it was over 25 kills for 5.4KD, didnt like the detonation mode on the Beta still dont like it, its a pity we only have 2 basic selections, I wonder when they will open it up like D1
 
Up to 272 now and had a great night exotics wise managed to get a 286 light Sturm via the Drang quest, 271 Borealis, and Mechaneer's Tricksleeves to add to Sunshot, Cold-heart, and Vigilance Wing. I also have the tractor cannon shotgun and raiden flux exotics in the vault that I'll need to infuse to get their light level up.

Are exotics light level pre determined or does it adjust for what level you are at when you get them?
 
It adjusts based on the level you are when it drops. Think I read generally +7 light from whatever your base level is.
 
Xur selling the Merciless fusion rifle which I hear is a beast, his 3 armour pieces that hes got are the ones you can get by playing the story which kinda sucks. He stocks them all with 270 light.

Yeah the weapon is the only one id be getting as I already have the Hunter Armour.

I'm a little disappointed his location actually shows up on the planet map, I thought there was gonna be a bit of a hunt on to find him.

Just Callus left to defeat now. Every group I am in keeps dibanding after each encounter.
 
Wow. So, I've already got 2 of the Exotic Warlock Chest armour Xur is selling and I already own the Merciless. I'll buy it if it's Light level is above mine but I don't wear the Exotic Chest as it is as my Helmet is a beast.

What an underwhelming event. At least I've got Trial of the Nine to look forward too.

Planetary tokens i guess. Just keep doing public events, chests, lost sectors and patrols on edz and get rank up rewards. Plus dismantle rare loot to get gunsmith material for his faction.

Yeah I found her, the icon thing was blue whereas every other character you interact with is green so that was confusing me. It changed back to green once I got the reward.
