Gaming Destiny 2 • RedCafe Clan in OP

I feel like Scout rifles are going to be rather popular in the crucible now. There are a lot of really good ones out already (like MIDA), but more importantly since snipers are now power weapons scouts will be king of long range engagements since heavy ammo is so scarce

I haven't got my mida back yet but that exotic pulse rifle is brilliant, team that up with an auto rifle, I was dominating in my few games last night

Call to serve is a very good scout for crucible. I prefer it to the Mida which obscures far too much of my screen for my liking.

Also with the addition of SMGs into Destiny, you can't go wrong with a Scout and Auto-gun set up.

So the new nightfall is the 1 with the "floor is lava" part at the end. That'll be fun.

Probably. Won't be for a month or so, though. I'm currently on a farm in Canada with Gopher-powered Internet.
Ah yea, might pick it up. Not in a rush atm. Shout me if you do.

Damn this thing is tough. More technical then King's Fall.

Is the gear that drops like powerful gear (higher than the stuff you have), or more like legendary?

I'm at 287 light right now. I can't seem to find exotics to help bring it up further.

I played Destiny for the first month or so after release but then dropped it altogether.

Is this worth jumping into? I did enjoy the original (even playing some late nights with Caftards) until I got bored and dropped off.

Upto 300 without mods, which is the light limit.

Oh and btw, revive timer is gone but one person can revive only once during an encounter.

I've been trying with a group but never got past the baths. Pretty annoying.

Haven't seen everything myself, so I'm basing this on steams, but I'm not sure if I like the raid that much. Seems to be a series of puzzle, with barely any actual fighting.

Yeah no boss even in the third encounter.

fecking hell, 300 teams are having difficulty getting the DPS check.

Been watching Goth's stream and Karma from Optic Gaming's COD Squad have a crack at it. Puzzles are going to be a nightmare for me as my squad mates have no brains but solid gun skill.

I'm at 277 and we can't even do the Nightfall with another 2 at 270. Should be getting through that really shouldn't we?

Is this game any good? I liked the first but got bored very quickly due to having to play the same levels over and over again.

It's more of the same just better, if you don't like repetitive then it's not for you really.

Got up to the dogs part. The raid is quite simple once you figure it out. However, Bungie clearly have done a hack job so far. The pool part is Oryx 2.0 and the dog part is the Gorgons maze over again. Incredibly disappointed with the mechanics so far.

Wanna crack it tonight guys. If any of you are 280+ and know most of the mechanics to each section, if you want to fireteam add me Painer4 PS4 if you haven't already. Just saves time explaining each section and hopefully we can get a solid run with some brains and gunplay.

I'd like to give it a shot tonight too. I know the mechanics for baths and the boss, will read up on garden and gauntlet.

Here's a guide for the Raid for anyone wanting to brush up on the mechanics, I'm not quite there yet with my light level so I probably will just concentrate on strikes etc to try and get levelled up, im not even sure I'd have time tonight to do the Raid even if I was as it seems fairly epic.

At 279 light right now, not sure if that's enough to raid but if it is I'm down to raid with anyone. My PSN is HamGalaxy, time zones might be an issue since I'm from Australia but I've got lots of free time so I'm fine with all hours.
