Feck it, I'll stick to single marquee players from World Cup Winning countries + Rest of the World Peaches. A lot more fun and some of these guys deserve the runout they very rarely get in all-time drafts.

Always hard to say in all time great drafts, as all sides are packed with great players, but Beam, Iso, Sjor stand out for me as well.

Aye, the 75-79 to 85-90 starters have this sown up from the start. Once the start is off, it's rather pointless to play the alternative route of being able to significantly upgrade if said upgrades will be forever stuck at better teams.

That and not having the foggiest how upgrades will work. I still have Italy, France, Argentina, Netherlands, Spain, England and Uruguay as spares and will likely never pick anyone from these countries at all.

The 70-74 lads had great starts as well with the first 3 picks but were just late by half a decade to the crucial periods. Still better than the rest of us of course but not on level terms with the big 4.

Yeah, @BIG DUNK has made a good fist of it (so has @Himannv ) but the relative tardiness has started chipping away. He is also lucky I didn't take on LS' team before he got his hands on Falcao. Mind, I wouldn't have started with Müller but more along the lines of what Iso did, trying to jump ahead of the frontrunners.

that kind of impossible, since crappy next picks are 2004-2009 and 2010-2014, and mine are 70-74, 75-79.
