It's weird how they keep showing the London Eye, Westminster and the like. Ally Pally is fecking miles from the centre and a bastard to get to.

I mean I say Lewis, but you can't write Wade off.....if he is on his game then he can do it, and I hope he does actually. Van Gerwen is the best player in the world, but until he develops the mentality to match it he will always be vulnerable to a comeback. Perhaps it is his age or just the fact he is a bit soft in the head.

A bet where you have to sweat is always a bit sweeter fella!
 
Yeah he is a strange bloke. I know he has his problems but some of his interviews are manic. feck knows how he bags some of the women he does!

Not sure why it hasn't clicked yet. Don't think Lewis likes playing at Wade's pace, but that was a really scruffy set.
 
Same old James Wade. Not ruthless enough when presented with the opportunity. Lewis doing nothing special and he's 2 sets up.

I thought this would be a good game. Both the QFs yesterday were fantastic. This game is actually pretty dull. Wade so frustrating throwing away all these opportunities.
 
Come on Wade. He used to bang that SSN last too didn't he. He's a sly old dog. Would love to nail one of those blonde dancers.
 
Having a few punts on this match now. Wade plus 1.5, Lewis to get highest checkout (wade already has a 142) and Lewis o10.5 180's.
 
Only had one punt on the darts this year- four bet accumulator and only three came off:( These QFs have been weirdly unpredictable -not so much the results, but more the odd twists and turns.
 
Do you reckon the woman on the right is Ma Lewis or his bird's mum? Not sure I would be to keen knowing my bird is going to look like this down the line.

I'm out tomorrow night so will record it, hopefully avoid the result and watch on Tuesday morning, nursing my hangover. Could be a cracker.
 
Lewis bigging himself up. MvG needs to not concentrate on making the match a spectacle, winning is all that matters. Hope he remembers this.
