Gilding's scoring has fell of the cliff the past 5 or so legs. MVG to cruise to victory from here

Cross is beyond dumb at this point, keeps leaving 32 and not getting anywhere near it, left 36 once and hit it.

Big ask to beat Humphries in this format though.

Yeah if Humphries is on his game he his top tier. Wades best is not close to Humphries, MVG, Smith or Littler but he can scrape a game against those players if they are off their game a tad.

Not tonight though

He did well to get to the semis to be fair. Should be a good final whoever goes through to play Humphries, would fancy Bully boy to go through if he is at his best but MVG has played well this week too.

Great semi there between Littler and Dimi
Honestly think Dimi would have won the final he was throwing unbelievable.
That was some match although.
Tournaments are fast approaching now with the World Series Finals in Holland few weeks time.

Wright looking good at the World Series, with a 103+ average beating Price in the QF and missing double 12 for the 9.

Not sure about expanding the Masters to 32 players, so it gets an extra day in and becomes a ranking event.

I liked the old top 16 format. The increase to 24 players did work, in the sense that Dobey, Cullen and Bunting all subsequently won it from that 16-24 ranking segment, but with 32 now it just becomes another samey tournament. Top 16 was best of the best.

Great tournament in Germany, Littler coming back from the dead
Missed the finals evening cos of the time difference but delighted for Wright- he needed that.
Beating MVG with a 108.9 average in the QFs then Littler in the final shows it wasn't down to a lucky draw either. Hope Wright can win at least another major and stay top 16.

World Series of Darts finals in Amsterdam start tomorrow evening on ITV4. Really looking forward to it.

That young Nijman guy looked good. Wright continuing to look decent, though Chizzy was awful- thought he'd be bang on it after last weekend's win.

Brilliant from Jose against Smith too, but not quite enough. Easily the most entertaining match though, with some superb legs.

Crazy match MVG-Humphries.

Gurney - Wright a real slog of a match.

Oh shit, just realised Littler-Dobey was first match, not LH-MVG. Crap totally missed it.

Smith-Cross as topsy-turvy as hell. God knows how Cross lost that after looking buried more than once.
