This is actually insane. Why dont we offload Rooney/Van Persie instead? To Arsenal , oh really? He is exactly what they need. Perfect player for them and will score 25+ goals. Arsenal fans are so dumb on that matter. They will be so surprised and van Gaal as well what Danny can do. We will finish 5th, 1 point behind arsenal.. I still cant cant believe this BS, What are you thinking van Gaal? Youre showing your balls to us? no I dont want to see it, NO THANK YOU. Dumb decision once again..

No white text, are you serious? .

Arsenal hasn't seen him enough play yet, so no wonder they are so dumb judging Welbeck. They only see the stats.

About LVG. I'm not sure what's going on here. It seems we are slowly turn into Real Madrid, even Barcelona starts to do the same thing last year sold Thiago. Selling your academic potential players and bought the big stars. I'm glad that we signed big stars especially Di Maria though. I wish we can do both sign big stars + trusting your own academic produce.
I just hope they all are staying

Januzaj and Blackett

The reason why we signed Rojo because LVG can't trust Blackett.
Januzaj hasn't start any single of our games. I'm so worry with this.

Really ? I thought we signed him because we needed cover at left back and centre back regardless of Blackett getting a call up ?

Apparently Arsenal have activated Huntelaar's release clause, they don't seem very intent on our Danny.

I hope we only loan him out.
Then next season we can have him back choose one between Falcao and Rvp.
Rooney Falcao and Welbeck, for next season will be awesome.
We need to keep him. He is young(24 now i guess). he is versatile and talented. He can be a better goalscorer if given a run in the team as a striker. A loan at Spuds and Arsenal can provide that. I believe if he starts during Giroud injury at Arsenal, he can actually take Giroud's place.

I'm a bit confused. Welbeck wants to leave to get first team football yet we sign another striker and so one of RVP, Rooney or Falcao will have to sit on the bench. Opportunities will be limited as we are not in the champions league and out of one cup already. Welbeck deserved some more first team football this season. But because we've made Rooney captain, we have put all our eggs in that basket. He will thrive with more opportunities and we will regret his departure if its permanent.

May be left back but not a wingback. Rojo is originally a centre back. But he can play as a left back. I think he mentioned that he picked Rojo since he has the ability to anticipate with EPL playing style especially the long ball. Especially with Blind joins us and we will play 352, I can't see him playing in wing back.

I hope he gets a loan because he's not going to playing much at all now we have Falcao, Van Persie and Rooney. He needs to be playing regularly right now to continue his development.

I think Arsenal would have taken him on a cheap loan deal to cover them while Giroud is injured, but they are not going to fight for his services or offer a large fee to take him permanently, which says everything really.

Poor Welbeck, he left Manchester as 3rd choice forward, but after Falcao's arrival today, Welbeck will be 4th choice when he returns  life sucks!

If he only could find it in him to accept a role on the wing at times.. Him driving inwards with Di Maria taking up his wide position.. Seems like he wants away though which is a big shame.

So is this off as I was fooled? They ve been denying it for couple of hours and in the end he will sign for them anyway. Why would he stay here when gaffer don't trust him. Why do we have Giggs there then? I agree with selling some "mediocre" players who didn't make it here like Cleverley, Kagawa even Chicharito but Welbeck seriously? Lets forget hes from our academy, no matter what he was one of our best players in last couple of years and he could be much better player if we actually played something. Id welcome the same approach if we can lure world class players to our club and mix it with our prospects but then this is a horribly wrong start if this happens. Wilson may benefit from it but Welbeck was as close as it gets.. I remember last time he got a run of games as striker he scored 6 in 6, imagine what he can do in Arsenal.. Van Gaal talking about that balance BS and buys another 9? Falcao is actually a mix of RVP and Rooney, no pace whatsoever..no different option for our dictator..

Probably RVP injury is way beyond LVG imagination which force him to sign Falcao and keeping Welbeck. Feel sorry for RVP but I hope Welbeck stays.

Because he's not getting first team opportunities, yet we sign another striker so one of the other 3 will have to sit on the bench anyway.

Not if Rooney drops back, Welbeck was never cut out for first choice striker at United, he either had to change his position, or as is happening go.

You agree what I just said. But you are still blaming him for forcing to move to rival club. The player has the right excuse for leaving us.

I am annoyed he is doing it, but I understand why. Is it really that hard to understand because I'm making it as simple as possible for you.

I can still see him to be the 3rd choice if Rooney and Mata keep play bad. RVP injury could also be a bonus for him.

Classic Wenger player: Good at linking play, fast and can play across the front line. I think he'll be an excellent fit there. The question is if he starts scoring.

I'm not sure why we aren't just keeping him and putting the Falcao wages money towards a player at a position we need.
Agreed, i really rate Danny, him being a youth team player is also a big factor for me. (not that i dont rate Falcao)

I dont know why we would want to help Spurs or Arsenal get a CL spot. Unless we are just trolling them.

You are annoyed on him, but you understand his decision. That's weird lol

Most likely to the wrong target. It's annoyed if LVG just let him go to our rival. We are understand why he wants to leave and pick Arsenal, but we don't understand if LVG or the club will just let him go like that.

Welbeck goes on loan as a double agent and destroys Arsenal's top 4 chances. Returns to United as a hero. Do it!

I'm honestly a bit upset at seeing what's happening right now. We have 3 strikers at their prime, and we'll only be able to play 2 regularly. Surely the 3rd and 4th spots should be reserved for players who aren't at their prime and/or offer something different. Welbeck offers us something that van Persie and Rooney do not, and he's someone who's done well up front and a year or two away from his prime. Falcao's quicker and stronger than Rooney and van Persie, but other than that, he's similar in playing style. There's not much benefit in getting him in unless one of van Persie or Rooney are unavailable.

Welbeck would have been perfect for us at this stage as, if van Persie's off form or injured, Welbeck would have had lots of game time at his best role up front to refine his game and establish himself.

Similair in playing styl? Falcao makes more runs in one match than Rooney and RVP do in a season combined. Falcao is like the rich mans Cavani.

Probably RVP injury is way beyond LVG imagination which force him to sign Falcao and keeping Welbeck. Feel sorry for RVP but I hope Welbeck stays.
Do you think this is a real thing about RVPs injury? Obviously there were some rumours around it but its one of those things which looks like completely made up just to justify van Persies fitness and form.. TBF and don't want sound harsh or idiotic but this could be a good thing for us but nothing on physioroom or anywhere to confirm that..

Welbeck simply isn't a prolific enough goalscorer.

Falcao is nothing like Rooney and RvP. He's a poacher but has a great skillset and before his injury was the best pure #9 in the world arguably. Also I don't think RvP is in his prime. Think his prime ended once he won the title with us.

Yes it is. You are annoyed because of Welbeck decision. But you understand his decision. How could you feel annoyed with his decision when you understand he was right.
I'm annoyed that my mother cut my allowance due to cuts on her wages, but I understand her decision.

All the Arsenal fans in the background celebrating at him not having a medical.
