We are just banter central

Great stuffThe compensation fee to Newcastle stood at between £2m to £3m, a figure that is notable when set against the reported £1.5m in raised revenues from United hiking ticket prices for the rest of this season.
Or budget not enough going forward for the players dan has identifiedRadcliffe not happy with the recruitment over the Summer?

I don't think he was responsible for those at all thoughObviously more details will come out over time, but i reckon this has a lot to do with targets he's recommended in the summer that have proven to be yet more expensive mistakes ...*cough cough Zirkzee, De Ligt, cough cough*
Best in class they said. Clearly something significant has gone wrong and one or both parties weren't happy. A part of me thinks Ashworth was not happy in his role and wanted to quit (i.e. too much influence from SJR or SJR trying to tell him how things should be run from a football perspective).
I don't think the club get rid because they weren't happy with signing Zirkzee and De Ligt or keeping ETH too long.
This is ridiculous if you consider how long we waited for him and that we paid for his gardening leave to be shortened. After all the waiting around we go and bin him off after 5 minutes. We’re just shit at everything aren’t we?
Hmm, there will be a PR game here as well. United won't want to make it look like he was unhappy and he won't want to make it seem like he was sacked.Well you’re wrong because Whitwell has said that is was Jim that made the call to sack him, no idea why but it doesn’t seem like it was Ashworth himself that wanted to leave.
You mean, one of them fecked another one’s niece or something of this sort?I’m inclined to think this might be for personal reasons, whether on Ashworth’s side or big Jim

100% been caught with a brass or somethingThere must be something beneath the surface of this story. It just doesn't make any sense.
Because the sample size of his performance isn't long enough to make a sound decision.I don't get why people are having a go at the club here, if something isn't working or a party isn't happy then ties need to be severed, which is what's happened here.
Fans have been crying out for ruthless leadership, now we have it the fans are complaining about it.... couldn't make it up!!
