Howard Nurse says it's not happening.

That queen from Coronation Street says it is, and on 8th August.

I don't know what to think

Well lets put it this way, Howard nurse said that no arrivals were imminent before the imminent announcement of van Persie last year.

Has Anthony Cotton called a wrong transfer yet?

Exactly.

The bit that makes the least sense in any Ronaldo deal, is that we're keeping the announcement back until the day before Rio's testimonial....

Rio would thank them for that! Not.

Corvettes are quite nice. I mean sure they had a bad run in the late 80s early 90s where they were boring but the new ones are lovely.

A brand new trax demonstrator snapped clutch cable after 300 miles. Two Chevrolet Captivas with holes in the automatic gear box. That's the last three weeks. Poor build quality. Mechanics and a few AA and Rac people I know say they are Garbage.

Fact is he is in the US with Real Madrid.

The Corvette is all about looks anyway.

Looks good on a recovery truck? ;)

I think UK and US chevrolets are somewhat different. Seems the US thinks we deserve shite. It's ok there are plenty of other brands.

Would not be a surprise. The Germans say the same things about a lot of thier cars. Probably half of the Mercedes' on the road in the US only rate as taxicabs in germany.

FFP
Real buy bale for 100 million
Utd buy ronaldo for 80 million

Real only net spend 20million
United finally use the ronaldo money to buy back ronaldo...

Fabregas in for 40 million, rooney out for 30 million

Or Fellaini in for 20 million, rooney stays

What's the Ronaldo money got to do with FFP?

Given our revenues, FFP won't be a problem.

Might be a bit late in the day lads, but what's this story doing on the front page of the telegraph? Is there any substance whatsoever to these rumours?

Not that important but this quote from Mourinho was quite interesting. His and Ronaldo's relationship clearly is shit

"I was manager for the first time in the 2000 year but, before that, I was assistant in big clubs and with big managers and coaching the best players in the world so I was 30 and I was coaching Ronaldo, not this one [Cristiano], the real one, the Brazilian Ronaldo,

"I was coaching Rivaldo, I was coaching Figo, I was coaching Guardiola, I was coaching big players when I was very, very young. So, at that time, I was not the manager, I was just an assistant but I was feeling that I had, in my hands, some potential and after that I start my career in the year 2000 and after four years I won my first UCL and, after that, everything comes as a consequence."

Easy precious.
Nah, it's true, I've never wanted him back... Ahhh but that can't be true, everyone loves the slave.
Right. I won't offer an opinion here. I'll state this as a fact, clearly and unequivocally. Anyone who doesn't want one of the most talented players in the history of the sport, at their club, is either, an idiot, an attention seeker or actually just a bit spiteful. I know, from reading your posts that you certainly aren't an idiot. So that leaves two options, which one is it?

Ahhh so that's that The Don's decided how people should feel. Bravo. How about the money should be spent elsewhere. Oh and that players should never return?

Well? I'm really really sorry though for not wanting him back.

Sorry.

I'm just yanking your chain, big man. I do find it unfathomable that you wouldn't want him back not even for the reasons you stated. The money shouldn't really bother us fans as we'll never see a penny of it, regardless and the manager is already looking to strengthen other positions, not sure about the non return rule either...but hey, that's your call, just seems weird to me.

I am also a believer that Ronaldo shouldn't come back to Old Trafford too. He had his time and it was a successful period for him. However, Manchester United continues to evolve and we should be looking to the future and not looking back at the past. There will be a time when we will have to make do without Ronaldo so, why not now, it is a good time as any. We managed to lose the league to City by goal difference and the bottling of QPR, and we managed to win the premier league the next with a very large number of victories, almost a record I believe in the Premier league so, let us just continue.

We simply need to move on TDon. If he chooses to stay at Real Madrid, then good luck to him I say.

It's not really that weird, though, I think he's probably played his peak years at Real and will cost us an arm and a leg, and because we're not backed by an oligarch or bankrolled by the government, I'd rather we spend the money we've got available where we need strengthening. Ronaldo back at United is just romantic nonsense. We've all moved on.

Your right (or left) hand would be three times stronger after seeing Ronaldo back in our lineup.

The most talented player in United history.

Best? Charlton? Edwards? Etc

But, yeah, clearly one of the most talented players. Not the point though.

The cnut left us. And I am not a believer of people returning. And thirdly, a lot of money for a 28-year old.

If we can get him, we should absolutely look to buy him. I don't know how that can be even debatable. His value, is justified by his performances.

I like you and all, but that's a big pile of shite, and throwing things that have nothing to do with the discussion into the mix. We lost the title then won it so that means Ronaldo shouldn't come back? Yeah, that's clear.

He is more talented then all of them.

At the end of the day when all is said and done we'll be talking about how Ronaldo and Messi are the 2 best players of all time. Why we wouldn't want one of the 2 best players of all time is beyond me.

This is a man who has scored more goals than played games for Madrid. He's destroyed the spanish league. And it's hilarious because people thought he wouldn't do as well...that he needed a "transition period" or that kaka would do better than him.

The people that thought that are even more moronic than the people that said RVP wouldn't do well at United. it's more bitterness than anything.
