We deserve it. We've been the Jewish kids for too long! This will forever be known as The Summer of the Muppet.

Rooney-25
Kagawa-15
Ronaldo-35
Carrick/Thiago- 10
110 goals
Evans and Evra should push that up to about 130. Plus, I fancy Young to get one next season.
It really is a shame that a player of his quality has won so little these past 3-4 years.
He can buy himself out of the 2 years left on his contract, yeah? The Webster Ruling still exists doesn't it? Nike can give him the cash to cover that.
All sorted. Put him on a plane, get him back from Miami.
What if he doesn't want to come back? What if he wants to stay there and make futile attempts to try to prove himself?

I think it's the other way around. Ronaldo's proven himself, it's Madrid who haven't proven themselves.
I don't think individual honours matter though. It's the players around him who haven't been good enough.
He hasn't got the individual honours to prove it though, has he? I'm sure he covets the CL trophy the most in club football but surely missing out on all those ballon d'ors to Messi must have hurt his pride immensely. Maybe he doesn't realise that moving away from La Liga is the only way he's ever going to get to play outside of Messi's shadow.
The reaction of most Caftards whenever there's any news about their muppet dream transfer.

Even carrick is in on the action now. He just tweeted about seeing number 14 on Valencia's back. Now he is trying to claim he meant something about the lions tour. Yeah, sure...you have let the cat out of the bag now mate...

He told 20minutos: "He's our most important asset, and we will build the future of Madrid around him.
"Soon we will clarify this issue. I have no doubt that Cristiano is going to retire at Real Madrid. I'm convinced that he'll renew. The renewals are done before the season starts."
Perez has also been speaking about possible additions at the Bernabeu, with Real reported to be plotting summer raids for Tottenham Hotspur forward Gareth Bale, Napoli striker Edinson Cavani and Malaga playmaker Isco.
He added: "I try to make it that the best players in the world play for Madrid.
"Players are never expensive or cheap. It depends on the performances that they provide. (Luis) Figo, (Zinedine) Zidane, Ronaldo and (David) Beckham gave us a massive jump in income. If you invest in great players, you will have more income.
"That allows, firstly, the club to be independent and in the hands of the members, and, secondly, to attract other great players.
"We want great footballers who work hard and understand this club and its history. Those that know me, know I always want the best to come to Madrid."

This is all about Ronaldo and his agent orchestrating a new contract to match Messi at Barcelona. Manchester United cannot afford him. Ronaldo has the potential to eclipse Di Stefano at Madrid in legend status. Can just see the conversation with United now......."Yes Mr Ronaldo.....come back to our 50% tax bracket and a reduced wage from the one Real are giving you.....Ronaldo, where are you going?, come back a minute I haven't finished selling it to you yet"! Don't think so-----------------------------------------------------------> Show me one top footballer who pays 50% tax and I'll show you the the hole that dismisses your post. Next time boil and egg. Better use of your time and less cranial.

Don't Spain have a higher tax bracket than the UK?
Cristiano Ronaldo could be on his way back to Manchester United with the Real Madrid star set to meet officials from his former club.
Spanish newspaper El Pais reports the 28-year-old is due to meet with United in the next few days ahead of a sensational return to the Old Trafford club.
Real had hoped Carlo Ancelotti's arrival as manager at the Bernabeu would persuade Ronaldo to stay, the Italian admitted it would be an "honour" to work with the forward.
But a secret meeting between the Portuguese star and the Red Devils could pave the way for a remarkable return and massive coup for new boss David Moyes.
Moyes is also ready to convince Wayne Rooney to stay at United , and Ronaldo's return could be the perfect incentive to the England striker.
Former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson had been planning an Old Trafford return for Ronaldo before he retired in May.
Ronaldo spend six years working with Ferguson, winning the Premier League title three times as well as picking up the Champions League trophy.
