If he has deleted that tweet its actually rather interesting. These guys usually have PR guys running their facebook/twitter accounts although the player usually has access to them. Its entirely possible this was from one of his PR guys to promote the Int Champ Cup and Ronaldo has seen it and removed it for whatever reason.
