Big Dave is on a WUM.

Call some shots correctly everyone starts to believe you.

Bet on Ronnie to Chelsea and run down Utd to 5/1 6/1 and make a killing.

It's still on lads.

I think Ronaldo will go there. I cant really see why he would want to, but I think he will. What's worse is that if it is true, it may indicate that the Ronaldo to United stuff may have actually been a goer before SAF retired.

This Chelsea link is bullshit. I haven't spoken to the guy, but Ronaldo loves United enough to not join one of our title rivals.

Good grief. Just saw this bringback ronnie nonsense. My word, there are actually people naive enough to fall for such obvious bullshit?

I love how in denial some people are. That lad on twitter is as close to 'in the know' as they get.

How many United fans had even heard of Jeff Schlupp, nevermind thought he was good enough to be linked to United? He told us he was having a trial days before anyone else caught wind of it. He told us Pogba was leaving, as well as Ravel Morrison. He told us about the Welbeck contract and RvP signing a while before they were confirmed.

If he's saying Ronaldo is going to Chelsea with Mourinho and has put money on it, it's very likely that Ronaldo wants to move

Alternatively, he's misdirecting people in attempt to get Ronaldo-to-United odds to lengthen & so cash in if CR goes to United (or possibly another club bar Chelsea).

And sampling to start vs city, welbecks contract and zeki fryers exit

I have always found this funny.

He loved his time at Utd etc... but he wouldnt think twice about joining Chelsea. I would not be shocked at all if he joined them.

Why should Ronaldo be different to so many other footballers?

B....b....because he's our Ronaldo?!

 Could be.

Get the tinfoil hats out, Steve. :)

If this happens it is going to be devastating.. but that's football. You win the league then your second best player puts in a transfer request and a club legend wants to join your rival. You take the rough with the smooth.

You forgot the bit about Fergie retiring too.

More tinfoil-hattery ahoy:

I don't bet, so maybe my conclusion below is completely wrong, but...

The bet's reference number is linked to the Champion Hurdle horse-race in the Cheltenham Festival which took place in March this year. Now, seeing as Stan James ltd is the official sponsor of the Festival, that may well mean nothing at all; otherwise, we're being misled for the lulz or for financial gain.

well yeah, I was focusing on the footballers.

With management it's difficult to tell whether a new manager might actually have an impact and provide new energy in the club. Losing a first choice player and missing out on the second best player in the world (and a club legend) with him joining a rival has a fairly predicable impact on your competitiveness that a change in management doesn't necessarily have, even if your manager was the GoaT.

Could someone here who knows about betting tell me if the spoilered stuff above is garbage or otherwise? Cheers.

You're a ***********, chief. :D

His tweet from eight days ago, you can all relax.

I think you are misrepresenting the purpose of what he was saying. He was actually expressing his disgust at the prospect of Moyes as United manager- a few hours later (iirc) he said that it is Moyes because a few of the United lads had said and he's not renewing his season ticket. He wanted either Mourinho or Klopp.

He also claimed that Ronaldo wanted to move back to United but there's no chance under Moyes.

He's a bit of a spoofer, this much is obvious.

He called van Persie, at a time the press were calling it. I don't know why he gets the attention.

The papers individually say everything is a done deal a long time before it is.

Iirc, he called the RvP one at a time when the odds were at either 4-1 or 5-1, so the papers mustn't have been that certain. He is friends with Danny Welbeck and he told everyone as soon as he got a text from him saying he's agreed to his new contract and he's been told we're signing RvP.

Johnson is obviously someone who likes to be the big man. Yes he is Friends with a few players at United but his Chelsea link is tenuous at best.

Ronaldo is staying at Madrid.

“@Matt_Lister21: @KingJonno12 Did you hear him say Chelsea yourself or is that the rumour?”

Seem it from him himself, going with Jose

he's put £450 on it at 2/1
