Honigstein is the most negative prick when it comes to all things United.

"Oh you won't sign Kroos, NO CHANCE AT ALL" "Oh there's ZERO chance of Klopp coming so suck on that you manc bastards" Oh you guys are just trying to get him to resign you classless Northern tosspots"

(Not that he's necessarily wrong)

I'd expect all three of those things to be true, it's hardly being negative just because you're United if he is reporting what he believes to be factual information.

Not happy Giggs is favourite to take over.
I just think it will be another step backwards.
None managerial experience at all

Also, why are people upset with the SSN Tweet. Seems positive to me

Giggs will only take over for the end of the season on an interim basis if thats the case. No chance of him being our next manager from next season and beyond.

I think the writing has been on the wall for the past couple of months. He was always going to go in the summer, but now most likely it will happen today/tomorrow

I will still never back against utd no matter what and I find anyone that does a bit pathetic
How do you know? We could have done with your sage words when plenty here were convinced he was getting until Christmas at a minimum. I think if we beat Everton and won out and just missed out on the Champions League, there was a chance he'd stay. Therefore it was a good result for the long-term health of the club.

You were the one who used the opportunity to take a ridiculous speculative tweet in favor of your anti-glazer agenda. Dont whine when people call you out on it.

Its not a speculative tweet. Its analysis of the unfolding story by a respected journalist. Forgive me for putting more stock on this analysis than most of the posters on here. And I'm not whining at all. Its seems the Glazer apologists get much more animated than me.

I imagine that be in an interim position to finish the season.

It will compensation packages and and press announcements.

He probably won't even be due compensation due to his failing to achieve contractual obligations.

I'm sure he'll get a nice compensation package. He would have looked more stress if he knew he'd get nothing if he's sacked.

He couldn't possibly have any complaints.
Taking a title winning team to 7th, worst ever, joint with Blackburn, losing to every top team except for Arsenal, especially that pair of 3-0 home defeats to Pool and City.
Fellaini.
No real idea what we were trying to play.

The final straw was when even Carragher seemed furious how sh!T we were on Sky yesterday!!

Which top manager is going to drop their current job just to come see out our remaining three fixtures? I for one am very excited at the prospect of Giggsy taking over as caretaker and watch us play some positive football for once this season.

I know, I did say he was probably right.

I just hate hearing his name because its usually followed by comments I won't like.

Get in!

Come on Ferguson. Make your influence felt. Threaten the glazers to spill their dirty secrets. Say you will go to the press saying there was always value in the market. Do right by your man. It's now or never.

You're winning the league. You've got your joy now let us have ours.

I hope we face his new team in the league and in both cups next year and pound them all over the field.

I also want to see the fans' reaction when he walks onto the pitch.

If Giggs was made interim manager the first he'll probably do is get the club to offer him a new 5 year contract.

Actually the score was 2-1 when that happened, we'd just turned the game around in the space of like 5 minutes or so. Fulham equalized later.

Yeah, I realised that after. Something felt wrong that I remembered cheering as well and it being yet another false dawn this season. It does sum up our season very well though.

I have things to do, but I can't stop refreshing twitter, the caf and have sky news on too.

I will hear it first dammit

I actually had first post following Fergies retirement. It was my finest moment

Surely we won't sit on this for 24 hours! It's in the clubs best interest to make an announcement either way.

The reaction on here is going to be fecking hilarious if he isn't really sacked. It's gonna be one to put in the classics for sure
