The way I see it is if INEOS are servicing a debt it will United who ultimately pay for it because less finances will be released
They won’t even pay in full for the club I highly doubt INEOS is taking on a reported 900m of debt for a laugh

Even if they’re out on the board which isn’t guaranteed if they have no controlling say it doesn’t matter. It’s ceremonial. And it isn’t now or never. If they stay on with the minority stake it’ll be so they get to freeload their way to earning more money in the future by selling after INEOS have pumped money in and their stake is worth more.
RATcliffe and his fanboys can all feck off. This is by far the worse outcome for the club.

INEOs have been running working debt for years and years, as I've already mentioned previously they cleared out a tonne of debt in order to finance a large acquisition a few years ago.
They brought Nice with literal spare change (dividends basically), they are cash rich, asset rich with ties to numerous banks and loan options.
One thing SJR knows how to do is run a business.
United will not be harmed at all by INEOs taking on debt to buy United.
If I'm not mistaken it's because he is only buying Glazer shares including JoAM. Also iirc it was mentioned that his offer included payment in kind which could be shares given to the brothers.
I don't actually blame anyone for feeling like Qatar is the only solution in today's football world. I do blame the absolute scum over at Eastland though for this horrific mindset plaguing the game.
The main point is Ratcliffe offered to KEEP the Glazers in board (They still have their share) so that he could win the bid against Qatar. If INEOS wins, it means the Glazers remain (And this time, impossible to remove).

The main benefit is that INEOS, as a larger, less risky entity, would be able to borrow at lower interest rates than United.
Id definitely take their promises over the rest. I don’t think you truly realise the gravity of this situation. It’s not just about players, it’s the entire organisation, the stadium, facilities etc. There is an option here to secure the long term future of the club without any fecking debt. This other option is not good mate, there is no positive light. It’s an awful situation.
