I'd take that too. But not sure if other people have the stomach for that.I’d take a relegation to get rid of the Glazers.

This is completely uncalled for but you’ve shown what a super fan you are so well done
debt and the glazers are suddenly acceptable for some. It's not for me.
I’m 100% Glazers out. I’m not happy about the 20% shares they may have after it. But the Qatar bid seems incredibly dodgy for the last couple of weeks.Funny how some of you here were full on Glazers out but now that Jimmy Brexit has done his best snake impression, it's all acceptable.
I'd have loved to see the reaction the other way round
No it isn’t. You’re only saying this because it’s what you want to happen. Bloody hell. Not everything has an underlying agendaReeks of Raine trying to squeeze more money out of the Qatari bidder if they give them exclusivity
If Ratcliffe buys us, I'm done. Will never watch a United game again.
Bite
I passed my driving test in Failsworth and Sir Jim was born there. Coincidence? Twilight Zone stuff?
Hasnt even bought the club yet and the eulogies are out. There’s genuinely no saving this club going forward with Ratcliffe.
Yup, here we have Saint Top Red being his usual self. This is the mentality of the 'Today I feel Qatari' United fans. Absolutely vile horrible plastics who haven't ever stepped foot inside OT no doubt.
You’d take relegation rather than have Joel and Avram keep a minority 20% stake which gives them zero say in the running of the club and will be sold later down the line? Sweet Jesus.I'd take that too. But not sure if other people have the stomach for that.
I doubt Qatar will give up this easy
Think you’ve missed something here mate.Seriously both pro Qatar or Pro Ineos camps need to chill out ,as long as Glazers are out take the win .
How the feck is Qatar going to go out and sign Mbappe etc when he can’t even out bid a Brexit pensioner who lives in France?
Some of you people are wild man. So if SJR wins the Glazers will still be imvolved but it seems like their involvement will be relegated to just owning shares that they can later sell for a bigger profit. Not actually running yhe club in any way. SJR is a better prospect than our current state or minority investment.
Those moaning about Qatar should blame Qatar for not reaching deeper into those unlimited pockets to bid more than INEOS, if Qatar doesn’t win the bid considering their financial clout it’s entirely their fault.
How so more debt to the club?Jim will own 69% and I think the Glazers will hold around 20%
More debt to the club (even if it’s passed to ineos one way or another that’s coming out of our budget) and the Glazers are staying
I hope the riots on Sunday stop the game going ahead again. The club is fecked under that lot
I’m not bothered either way but is green washing suddenly ok now?The moralising about people's positions on this when the option you're in support of is a sportswashing exercise is staggeringly hilarious.

I’m ignoring the really disgusting posts, they speak for themselves and will be dealt with by mods. They never last long on hereGiven some of the takes in the last few minutes, you single this one out?
Qatar also promised it was a private bid, they didn't even match the offer made by INEOS to buy the club so I'm not sure why I'd take their promises about their plans to invest that seriously. The reason United haven't been successful over the last decade is because they've been incompetent, if you spend fortunes on rubbish like Maguire and appoint Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as your manager then you deserve to win dick, there's no indication that INEOS are particularly competent but then there hasn't been a ton of evidence that the Qataris are either. INEOS taking over doesn't mean that the club can't be successful, they will just have to be smart and actually earn it.So it's all speculation compared to the promise that Qatar pays the debt.
We've also seen what funding a stadium organically does to a football club with the London bottlejob duo, so don't expect any real success any time soon.
And worst of all, the current proven losers in charge of running the club get to stay. feck this is depressing
From the people's president to the rich people's driver. Sad.

I mean it’s not like PSG are very well run either. They just spend a silly amount of money. Is that the only way to be competent?People aren’t just worried about the Glazers staying on even if it’s in a very limited capacity. The real concern is the fact Brexit Jim and INEOS have shown feck all with their current clubs that they’ve got what it takes to run Utd in a competent and successful manner. Now before people chime in with ‘They won’t run Utd the same as Nice or Lausanne’ that maybe the case and let’s all pray it is but we can only go off current evidence and their first two ventures into football leave a lot to be desired.
You do realise the whole green washing thing applies to Qatar too right?I’m not bothered either way but is green washing suddenly ok now?
The club needs the Glazers to be wiped clean from board completely. Now or never. If this INEOS deal goes through, we will never be free from the Glazers. 18 years at our club and what do they have to show? You’d take relegation rather than have Joel and Avram keep a minority 20% stake which gives them zero say in the running of the club and will be sold later down the line? Sweet Jesus.

It won't be coming from United's budget like it currently is, it will be debt serviced and put up by INEOs, nothing to do with the club.
INEOs will be buying out the Glazers shares, that was the original plan, the only way I can see the Glazers staying is if INEOs/SJR allows the Glazers to have shares either as a minority stake or they can buy back a percentage as an investment.
Quite why people would riot over this option is anyone's guess!?

And what about if they want you to stop wishing death on pensioners?I always speak my mind. Rat is a despicable man whom I firmly believe will hurt United. If the mods want me out then I'll go.
They won't have any power, annoying that they stick around thoughExpect it to be more of the same if Jim wins. Especially if the 2 cnuts stay on themselves. Depressing news.
its actually mental if true. They get to stay on as a free ride while other people pump money into the club. Just mentalThe club needs the Glazers to be wiped clean from board completely.
